These guys are amazing with the hospitality!

The room too old and not worth that price .i was expecting a nice room. Also cant sleep laoud music till 4 am.

The staff are great! I love the rooms. They could be more clean and updated though.

They gave me a crappy room and was not the same as in their website

Staff had to bring me kitchen stuff to eat on and to cook on. The rooms are really run down and old. NOT worth the cost, I expected nicer rooms.

Very basic continental breakfast, coffee not fresh, not enough made for all guests. It was nice to even have this for free though for the price you pay for the rooms here. Check-in lady was very friendly, but the guy at check out was rude and not helpful at all and basically recommended I should stay at a different place if I didn't like it there. The credit card deposit was over-charged, which they apologized for, but then said it would take 3-5 business days to refund when it could have been done sooner in my opinion. The room itself was adequate for what we paid for and was quiet enough that I was able to have a good sleep. Room was clean and housekeeping came around regularly to check if we needed anything. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless it's a short stay and you can't afford anything better. Better to treat yourself and book somewhere else.

There were no screens on the windows and it was soooo hot!

The room had a kitchenette with no dishes or cutlery. Only scalding hot water so showers were really tough.

Great to stay

The front in staff at time of check in was a lovely and pleasant experience. And housekeeping was attentive and extremely helpful. But when I called front desk the day before I left the girl who answered to phone didn't sound very pleasant. Has a kitchen with stove but, no utensils or pots and pans which is strange. But, it was nice either way. The room was alright. Old looking for sure and mattress is very old and uncomfortable. There is a loud banging noise that happens every so often I have no idea what that noise is. Bloody loud and annoying. Wakes you up in the middle of the night or jump starts your heart during the day.

The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, and we had a great sleep.

Dirty room absolutle horrible

Staff was helpful and courteous when asked. Unfortunately the only 2 major down sides were that the first night we stayed we had no heat as it had not been turned on yet. And second because of the room we were in was so far away from the Wi-Fi router we had spotty internet at best if at all.

The property is a nice quiet location. We booked it last minute for our stay in Edmonton. They have a continental breakfast, with your basic needs (Coffee, Cereal, milk, bread, pastries, Yogurt, etc..) the rooms were quiet. The only thing that we were uncomfortable with was how cold it was. The heat wasn’t working, or it wasn’t turned on yet (not sure if that’s a thing) but they had some nice comfortable blankets.

Kitchen was equipped but not cleaned, someone else's food was still in the fridge

The customer service was great. Got us an early checknl in even when fully book. Smelled very clean. I get that its a thriftlodge motel. Looks like mostly blue collar workers stay there. But it was clean, safe, and extremely well priced. Beds were hard. But thats nothing to really complain about. I like soft matresses. Others might love it.
