A lot of confusion for checking in. Make sure you read the fine print from Expedia.
On the day of check-in you will receive two messages, one for cleaning fee and the other for a $500 safety deposit. The messages will say you have to give credit card info online in order to find out where to pick up the keys (which are not at the address listed). The security guards at the building had never heard of the room and urged me not to give credit card info as it looked like a scam. I called Expedia and the property, but as my plane landed late at night, I couldn't get a hold of the property and Expedia told me they couldn't do anything as their computers were down for the next 1.5 hours. I spent over 1.5 hours (e-mailing, messaging, on hold) trying to figure this out, worrying that I wouldn't have a room that night. It eventually worked out, but was quite stressful.
Unfortunately, despite the $117 cleaning fee, the cleaner had not vacuumed large dust bunnies from the corner of the bedroom as well as behind the TV console and beside the fridge. There were some stains on the couch as well. I think they should at minimum provide hand soap in the bathroom. (I bought one and left it there).
That said, the location was convenient and the price reasonable.
