Not staying again

good place nice people

It was a real nice hotel But the next morning never bothered giving us clean towels or empty the garbage It seemed they just forgot about us

Pictures are misleading. The beds are worn and i could feel every spring. Hallway caprpet was stained Most of all, the AC did not work well. Loud and blowing room temperature air I figure it was frozen

Tv turned on but no channels, stains all over the carpet and chairs. No luggage cart, no elevator. Had to carry multiple trips up the stairs

We enjoy our stay very much.

Bed comfortable, ample room. Air conditioner noisy. Gym not available.

Good place. Rooms were in good condition

Easy tonfind and good room to rest in lots of room and did not hear any other rooms or noise from outside

Very helpful and accommodating. We arrived late in the morning and was offered and extra he check out. And they offered even more time with a small fee. The room was very clean as the building. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Not unique but nice for the price, the parking lot is in pretty rough shape otherwise it was Great

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. For some reason the cables were messed up for the television and it would not work. I was able to solve the issue, but when I pulled the cabinet away from the wall to fix it, I found old socks, lots of dust and scraps of paper. The desk table had a smear of jam or something on it. For the price I would expect better cleanliness. Good location, quiet, and comfortable otherwise.

Nice stay but AC was noisy.

It was good for a one night stay for a sports tournament, the beds weren’t very comfortable, seems like they might need new mattresses (at least in the room I was in) the staff was very friendly and helpful, pool area was sufficient and waterslide was a plus.

The room had a smell to it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The cable was very limited. There was a lot of bikers which made me really uncomfortable. At the entrance people were smoking and visibly high. I did not feel safe here and would never come back.

The photos are somewhat deceptive. We arrived and our bed was dirty and the window would not lock (we were on the ground floor). There was some kind of party next door and there was definitely pot being smoked. There was a door to the outside. We asked to move room and the front desk were kind to let that happen. The window in that room would not lock either. Beds in both rooms were uncomfortable. We tried to cancel but we were too late.

The hotel was full of wildfire evacuees. There was noise throughout the night. The bathroom in our room had silverfish bugs. This is a 1.5 to 2 star hotel tops. Get what ya pay for. But... Id pay more and should have to stay somewhere else. The front desk lady was a sweetheart though.

We arrived late around 10pm after a 11 hour drive. The hotel if you can even call it that, it fits the description of a motel better, was very dark and dingy. The front desk staff were friendly. The hotel lobby, every floor and the outside ground had security all over. I asked the front desk why there was a need for so much security and she responded because they have many evacuates staying at this location due to the forest fires, which I felt was kinda offensive. Then we were told our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. I wish it stated that online. As I have a child with a disability, a dog and lots of luggage/ sports equipment. The room was old, dirty and the pictures online were completely false advertising! We did not take our shoes off in the room at all. Upon leaving we we’re loading our truck doing trips up and down the stairs loading in the pouring rain, at this point we hadn’t checked out yet as we still had 30minutes to 11am check out and they disable our keycard. It was a nightmare and getting back in to get the rest of our stuff was such a huge hassle. We were all soaked for our 11 hour drive home.
