A beautiful hotel common areas. The hotel rooms themselves were standard, but clean and comfortable. We had dinner at Skal, the restaurant, and found everything there to be very good. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and was quite enjoyable. A nice stay for overnight.

Check in and check out was very easy.

Hotel was constantly surrounded by random shady looking guys hanging out around the entrances. The hallways were really dirty, the little robot vacuum wasn’t cutting it. The pool was fabulous though, super warm and sun shone in nicely.

Property has some kind of smoky smell.

It was alright when i checked into one of my rooms it wasn’t even cleaned there was garbage all over , bedding was gross. I’m wondering how that is going to be fixed. Yeah I got a new room but still that’s awful. I don’t want to have to share that experience

The property is nice and the room was super clean. The front desk employees weren't the best though. There was 4 front desk employees but only one guy processing check in. When I arrived they were checking in a Porter crew staff of about 6 individuals so I had to wait over 15 minutes to be checked in. No water bottles in the rooms and no breakfast included with the room. Beds are comfortable and have different pillow options.

Because I did t have a credit card the front desk clerk gave me a huff because he had to do something different.

Broken light. Scratches on door.

I did not sleep very well the night I spent there. The neighbors across the hall from me were going in and out into the wee hours of the morning. It was finally quiet when I left about 7am. I maybe slept 2 or 3 hrs and had to work the next morning.

Beautiful Finnish hotel. Very good food and exercise facility

Nice rooms, beautiful property. The pool was clean and the water was nice and warm. Adjoining rooms accommodated our family perfectly.

Service and hospitality was great

Very expensive, CSR tried to challenge me on the rates when I told him Expedia was cheaper and he said Expedia rate was incorrect and even asked to see my cell for the app I was on.

Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We drove from out of town and after driving 9 hours we were put into a room at 10pm where. - one of the lights had wires exposed and didnt work - the shower had low pressure with shooting out of side of shower head - Pool was hot and salty. Was actively sweating during swimming. (Nowhere mentioned saltwater pool) was not the relaxing cooldown after a long travel we had hoped for - lock wouldnt stay locked and only a deadbolt from inside to lock it overnight (had booked 3 nights but only stayed one after lock wouldnt work didnt want to risk all of our stuff when we went out) Even after leaving after 1 night with staff knowing we still got charged for all 3 nights and had to contact support for a refund

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig. Nahe zum Highway und Flughafen sowie zu nem Walmart und Starbucks. Gut war auch das kostenlose parken sowie im Haus befindliche Restaurant. Würd wieder dort nächtigen.

The Valhalla is past its prime. The room was clean and quiet. Although it was a non-smoking room, the outdoor “smoking area” was right outside the outer door so the room smelled significantly of smoke. Other patrons were outside smoking and drinking. The pool and fitness centre were good.
