The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool and sauna were very nice. Location is great, within walking distance of most things we wanted to see. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was in good condition. Just the parking fee is too high ($47 x day). Besides I got a ticket for parking on a reserved stall for $83. That is an abuse.

At check in, I asked to switch rooms to accommodate an extra person, they switched me, however I paid for a NEWLY RENOVATED HIGH FLOOR WITH VIEW SUITE, I ended up in an old unrenovated room with a burnt countertop n the bathroom, I immediately asked to switch back to the suite I initially booked (within less then 10min) and I was told this was not possible, and they never offered any sort of reimbursement of any kind, I was highly disappointed.
Most of the staff were wonderful, but the room was very unsatisfactory.

Front desk was overall good but one wasn’t very nice. The room is good. Bed is nice. But bathroom wasn’t good at all. The tiles didn’t look clean at all. Just looked like there was mildew. Other than that it was fine but nothing really notable.

This hotel is understaffed and very outdated. Lines to check in were long. Rooms are very tiny and look like a Y2K era Tuscan kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean except mold in shower around fixtures. Wouldnt book this one again.
