Everything is really great while staying at Versante hotel YVR. We love the whole interior design and all staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t really have time to use fitness center and swimming pool but seemed great too. The free shuttle need to be reserved in advance and service is good and deserves tips. Only one thing can be considered, the breakfast is cooked after your order, it could take 30 minutes up. So if you are in a hurry, need to pre-talk with the waiters I guess.

Gym is small but well equiped. Pool has a beautiful view of Vancouver and NS mountains

Old and over used property. No hot water in shower. No parking. Charging $40/ night is a bit pushing it. Be aware. Who ever rates this 9 out of 10 has not traveled much I would say.

Clean hotel, friendly and hospitable staff, Brunos was amazing, the food was delicious. Will be back again!

The close proximity to airport is great but the hot water takes a very very long time to start in the room, they have only firm pillows and the street noise is terrible. Staff was nice.

The staff at the front desk were super helpful and accommodating to all my needs regarding the shuttle to and from the airport as well as my check in! The room was spotless! It was a unique and amazing experience! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

The front desk person that checked me inn, was not helpful at all. Food in the restaurant are very average, nothing special. Room was nice but not very clean there were long hair all over

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; excellent transportation to and from the airport. All the little things in the room made a difference.

Everything was amazing, the room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The room was so fresh and the colors were bold and beautiful. An absolute dream of a hotel. I will never stay anywhere else anytime I have to stay near Vancouver. So conveniently close to the airport yet tucked away and quiet. Stunning floor to ceiling windows with amazing views, you can even watch the planes take off. I can't say enough good things about this place!! Highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. I am so happy to have found this hotel, it's definitely top shelf accommodations. The staff were so kind, accommodating, and helpful. If I could give this place 100 stars I would because they totally deserve it. I will be returning often. Thank you for such an outstanding experience and amazing stay.

The room is lovely. One of rhe better ones ive been to in Richmond. Would definitely go back.

Clean hotel.. friendly staff and amazing food

Our stay in this modern hotel was wonderful! The amenities are plentiful, the room was gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly. A very unique experience, would recommend this to anyone visiting Richmond for the first time and want to explore the city.

Excellent housekeeping

Everything seemed brand new and spotless. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had breakfast in the Bruno restaurant and loved the food and the service. We will definitely be back!
