Very conveniently located and clean and well-managed with nice staff. Cold concrete floors in the rooms tho! They do offer robes and slippers as part of room service, which kinda make up for the cold floors!

We arrived early and trying to put luggage at reception but they told us that we can check in early. so we were able to rest in the room before we go out for lunch. The day was very hot so we really appriciate the kindness and frexibility.

The pool and hot tub area had a broken window and it was very chilly in there.
Also, the furnace of our room was blasting cold air and had to call for service twice until they replaced the whole thing one night. Not ideal. Can say I didn’t have a very “warm” stay
