Friendly front desk who are more than willing to provide greetings and helps

Apart from the loosen table, we had a good experience at Victorian. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself and rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately the sound proofing is non-existent and the curtains do not make the room blackout at all so we were woken early due to noise and how bright the room was. The pillows were flat and I woke up with a terrible neck and back pain. It’s a beautiful (and affordable) hotel and very well located, very friendly staff and the coffee and water provided was lovely. We just wish the room was darker and quieter and better pillows.

Our only issue with this hotel was the lack of an on site restsurant for breakfast and dining. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and stylish, with very helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Adorable place!

It was a soothing experience to stay at Victorian Hotel during my short visit to Vancouver. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very helpful too. Overall a great experience!

Very nice hotel, good location as it’s very close to a lot of nice shops and restaurants, staff was amazing, very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful! Everyone is kind and ready to help you settle in, order food, get transportation or answer questions about the area. The room was so comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

Good hotel

The hotel itself is lovely. The area around, not so much. It can get loud at night from people in the street. The hotel is being renovated right now and the staff goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. It's a lovely place to stay overall.

Loved this property! Beautiful comfortable room, very modern bathroom, terrific shower!! Great location - minutes from the cruise port!! Lovely linens, great front staff! What’s not to like!!! Perfect for us! And - beautiful restoration of woodwork and exposed brick!!

The Hotel was great. Just located in a very dirty area. Sirens always going by from ambulance, police and fire trucks made it very noisy. Wish someone would have given that review.

Nice little hotel , very close to the Gaslight area, and even though the parking wasn’t on the property, it’s just a block away. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend staying there.

I love the brick walls. Beds and pullows are comfy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The water filling station on 3rd floor is new to but awesome.
