Friendly front desk who are more than willing to provide greetings and helps

Large, comfortable room with 2 double beds. Modern clean bathroom. Front desk staff were helpful but understaffed; there were times when no one was there and no one answered the phone. The heat in our room wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed overnight. They provided extra blankets which did the trick. Overall, a nice boutique hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for my business trip, and I have stayed here before. Recent upgrades to the hotel are nice! The bathroom in my particular room was a bit small, making it hard to stand in front of the mirror with the toilet so close. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay: dark curtains, comfy bed and excellent proximity to my work.

Fue la mejor decisión que pude hacer para mi estadía en Vancouver cuenta con una excelente ubicación cerca de Gastown y de todo el centro ya que lo puedes visitar caminando todas las zonas turísticas , se encuentra cerca de excelentes restaurantes, por otro lado el hotel es muy lindo y agradable para pasar las noches las habitaciones bastante bien de espacio y limpias , el staff bastante amable y apoyan mucho , sin duda regresaré

Al reservar no me imaginé así el hotel, es encantador, la habitación es muy amplia y limpia, el servicio es muy amable, la ubicación está excelente pues tiene muy cerca el waterfront skyline, hay acceso a autobuses, restaurantes por doquier. Sin pensarlo es uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Vancouver

The Victorian was a pleasant 10 minute walk from the Canada Line station. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to a variety of shops. We’d definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, and super cute rooms. They’re all renovated but still have that older building charm to them!

It was nice in general, room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, location was good.

Incrível. Staff atencioso, quarto limpo cama e travesseiros ótimos. Banheira funda boa para relaxar. Localização excelente dá para ir à pé para Gastown

Excellent staff and amenities, nice cozy historic vibe, safe

The room was very clean, spacious and had a small desk, tv console table and nightstands which meant more counter space. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I stayed on the third floor (top floor) which had a filtered water fountain right outside of the elevators. This boutique hotel looks recently renovated (>2 years). The lobby is quite small but enough. The hotel itself isn't too large (3 floors only it seems) and feels secure. The front door requires key access after 4:30pm. It's a very short walk to coal harbour (10-15 minutes?) so it's very conveniently located. I liked that there was a water/sparkling water.coffee/tea station on the first floor. I'd stay here again!

Great hotel, nice rooms!

Very nice bright clean room, great staff! Location was convenient to Gastown and a quick walk to Waterfront Station. Area was a bit seedy at night and the shouting/sirens/etc. went late most nights, but that might not always be the case. No temperature control in room, noise from hallways and other rooms was coming through loud and clear, but that’s probably normal for a heritage building.

The staff are amazing! Comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and the lighting is top notch!
