The hotel is well located near downtown. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friedly.

Lucky we could walk to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre after the lengthy harrowing ride up from Whidbey Island and enjoy the Italian restaurant adjoining this boutique hotel too! Very friendly and helpful staff as well! Chef and wait staff at Locanda dell’Orso were 5*****!

Downtown location was convenient and we were able to walk everywhere. Room was modern and clean, bed was very comfortable and staff was very helpful. There’s a great Italian restaurant next door!

Would stay here again! Room was the perfect size and the hotel is located in a great area that allowed us to walk the streets and explore the nearby shops.

A very nice hotel where you can feel that they have an idea/plan for the hotel decor. Some minor construction ongoing during our stay, not something we could hear or feel. But as understood are they decorating a bar area and this will for sure be an improvement for the overall hotel experience.

We had a nice king room. Water in the fridge and complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Bed was a bit soft for us, but we still had a good sleep. The location was amazing, walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, etc. $50 for parking was a bit expensive.

Very welcoming and comfortable room. Brick walls with crisp white bedsheets. Tall ceilings with blackout curtains. A little noisy in the morning from city life waking up. Would stay here again.

Our legacy room was spacious and charming. It was quiet. The staff were courteous. The location is convenient to amenities. We wish we had tried the restaurant. We would stay there again.

We recently stayed for two nights and it was a lovey place in a great location. Nice staff and cute, clean rooms. I gave it one star less only because our sliding bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed so there was no separation between the main room and bathroom. Also, we we returned to our room around 3pm one day after being out most of the day, our room still wasn’t made up which was kind of disappointing (housekeeping came by shortly afterwards to ask if we wanted the room made up or needed anything which was nice but we didn’t want to leave again after just returning). Overall though, it was great and I’d recommend it to others.

Great location, near several food options.

It was a small room but a very comfortable bed and then amenities like fridge, hot drinks, TV, I think an ironing board and safe too? Nice robe for lounging eating the pizza from the restaurant next door. Too hot overnight, turn the heat down as the hot water rads are slow to cool. Perfect for the one night I needed to stay and a great last minute price.
