The room was good size and the bathroom was a nice set up.
Location was great for Gastown and the cruise terminal.
We enjoyed our stay!

Good point: The hotel was renovated. The view points are nearby.
Poor point: AC is an older portable unit used before the renovation and it is very noisy.
There is a gap in the shower door. Every time I take a shower, water spills onto the bathroom floor and leaves it soaking wet.

Excellent location in downtown Vancouver -possible to walk to most places or take the excellent buses nearby to further destinations. Close to train station for easy commute to and from the airport. Very clean facilities with everything there that you needed for your stay. There are no eating facilities in the hotel but as it is located centrally there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were very helpful. On the negative sides the room I stayed in was a bit small and there is no lobby area that you can go to relax outside of your room. Plus it is at a very high price point!!! Really expensive!!!

最初はあまり期待していませんでしたが、ホテル全体がかなり清潔に保たれていました。部屋も広く、とても綺麗で本当に快適なステイが出来ました。
フライトの遅延により、チェックイン時間が大幅に遅れてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つもせず、夜分遅くに対応してくれて助かりました。
シャワーの水圧やリネン等がかなり良く、バンクーバーを訪れる際にはもう一度泊まりたいホテルでした。
立地も良いので、ダウンタウン近くの観光地を回りたい方には本当にお勧めです！

A lovely little boutique hotel with all the amenities we needed. Squeaky clean and beautifully appointed room. The only complaint I have is that the front desk was very unhelpful and unfriendly. For example, we waited outside the locked door to the hotel for about 10 minutes wondering if we were going to get in. When we did get in, the few inquiries we made were not given any effort. We asked if our car was safe on the road outside the hotel and the receptionist waved his hands indicating he didn't want any responsibility so he gave us no information. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend for location to downtown and feel of the room.

The stay was good, a bit overpriced for what it is, but I guess you are paying for the location. The only thing I would point out is that even though the reservation was for three people everything in the room from towels to robes and water bottles was set up for two; so I had to go to reception to request for the third set of everything. Paulina at reception was extremely helpful and kind. Overall I would consider coming back to it.

We loved our stay. The room was spacious and beautiful. We loved the modern design with the rustic brick. The bath products were lovely and we appreciated the cold water in the fridge and water bottle fillers. The rooms and property were immaculate. The location was central and an easy walk to Canada place, Gastown, the stadiums, etc.
The only downside of the property was it was sometimes a bit noisy (street noise.) We had a lovely corner room, but sometimes had issues with sirens or excited World Cup fans celebrating quite late into the night. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.
Other than that this place was perfect.
