Overall, the hotel was fine. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The only light might be the layout of the fitness centre makes zero sense, but if you want some cardio, you'll be fine.
Location is great. 8 min to downtown.

Room very nice and has all the basics. Bed very comfortable. But we had trouble sleeping due to constant traffic outside the window. Maybe a fan or some sort of white noise would have helped. Restaurant was closed Monday which was understandable but too bad as we would have liked to have breakfast. Still a nice stay and a convenient location.

The kitchen was pretty well stocked with supplies to cook (no dishwasher or oven, just stovetop), the restaurant on site was convenient with a lot of choice. Hotel pool was bright and sunny with lots of space and sauna and hot tub too. Gym was well equipped but small and claustrophobic. All in all a great, clean, safe and convenient stay with fun amenities!

Visitors Inn is a reliable hotel in a convenient location, about a 20 minute drive from YHM Airport and close to McMaster University and downtown. Outdoor parking is free.
Room is spacious, and comfortable, with cozy beds. The insuite kitchenette is a standout feature. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Some areas feel a bit dated and could use updating, but overall it offers good value for a comfortable and practical stay.

Clean room and bathroom . The bed was incredible to sleep in and the pillows made you feel like sleeping on a cloud . Even though this Inn is located next to the highway, you don’t hear anything ! Highly recommend for a stay in Hamilton
