The fact I used Expedia to book the book and Expedia changed the dates I needed. I ended up going somewhere else and didn’t use expedia. I used this app and booked for the dates I needed upon arriving to the hotel to find out Expedia changed the dates. This is the 2nd time this has happened I won’t be using this app in the future.

The place is quiet and the staff are really friendly. However, the entire place is dirty and run down. My shower had brown stuff that came out of it sporadically. The heater blew cold air all night, but finally went warm in the morning. The fitness centre has a rusty treadmill and garbage all over it. The stairwells look like someone lives at the bottom, which makes it feel unsafe when walking in. I also had an issue where I had booked the rooms for myself and a colleague, but the hotel wouldn’t change to my colleagues credit card upon arrival so I had to pay for both rooms.

this location is run down and dirty. parking lot litter all over, the elevators dirty with spilled products, breakfast area walls and garbage cans and doors filthy, needs upgrades. rooms are old, carpet in hallways are filty, stair wells dirty. Air fresheners placed everywhere to mask the filth/stench. staff friendly , kitchette is nice to have, however for the breakfast included and the lack of cleanliness, very old building needing the upgrades, the price is over priced.

Room was good. Rest of the hotel could use a cleaning and facelift. Breakfast is not at all great.

Where to even start, after trying to check in and waiting at the desk for 15 minutes and ringing the bell, a guest informed me that the desk manager might be in the bar…so I went to the bar and found them in there. They said that they had a sign on the desk, but when we got back to the front desk, there was no sign. I guess he forgot to put it up. Then I head to my room, on my way there I noticed that there’s NO fire extinguishers in ANY of the locations and every single fire door has been chocked open. The room has been renovated but it smells so badly of smoke. I have a kitchenette with a nasty little sign telling me to clean my dishes or leave a nice big tip for the staff or they will charge me a $20 fine. Funny thing is, there’s NO dishes, just a single fork and a lid to a pan that doesn’t exist. There’s no dish soap and the only heating device is a hot plate that’s all melted and gross looking and a microwave. The fridge was tiny and smelled bad too. There was a coffee maker but I wouldn’t trust it either. On the way back down to my vehicle I noticed that they are storing all of the empty bottles and cans at the bottom of the stairwell and it smells like a bottle depot and the floor is sticky. Get back to my room and fight with the TV for 15 minutes trying to get it to work and there’s only a few channels that work, and they are fuzzy at best and the sound is was off. The wifi is slow and intermittent. Later in my stay there’s even more going on but I’ve run out

I love staying there I usually get the king bed suite, lots of space

I travel here for work and didn’t realize that the hotel actually closes at 10pm. I wasn’t going to arrive by then but the staff made arrangements for me and I was so thankful they did!! The room was great, very clean, nice bed. Despite the hotel housing evacuees I find it to be quiet and had no issues sleeping.

Run down, old equipment/garabage in stairwells. Stains on walls, room wasnt the cleanest.

Rooms were ok, but overall condition of hotel is slightly run-down and not the cleanest. Piles of broken/old equipment or supplies in stairwells, garbage bags full of stuff. Spots/stains on walls. Run-down trim and flooring --stuff that would be easy to repair but hasn't been done. Overall impression is that management doesn't take pride in the condition or cleanliness of the building.

Restaurant cheesecake was missing the graham wafer at the bottom room is clean

Fast check in and out, room was clean, staff was good

A safe place to stay while in Wabasca for the week.
