An incredible experience. Everything is perfect, confortable rooms, excellent amenities, helpful friendly staff, absolutely worth it.

This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience.

All emeritenses were way above our expectations! The entire hotel was immaculately clean and organized! The staff was exceptional and professional. There is one staff member that made our stay very welcoming and comfortable and his name is Diego! He is a true gentleman and a great human being. WO is truly blessed to have him working there!

As soon as you walk into the lobby you are blown away with how the bell men and front desk people treat you and the beautiful flower arrangement, best hotel lobby experience you will have, friendliest staff you will ever meet and the standard rooms are quite big and comfortable. Since we have come to White Oak’s we never go anywhere else when we are in Niagara on the Lake
