I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at Windermere House over New Year's. It was outstanding in every respect. Beautiful, well-kept and charming facilities; courteous and friendly staff; great location; and the food is what one expects from only the best restaurants. I highly recommend the Windermere House. It's superb.

The staff were very friendly and courteous.
We enjoyed the prix fixe NYE menu and all the outdoor amenities including the hot tub, fire pit and barrel saunas.
Food was tasty and our room very cozy.

Great breakfast buffet style. The property is a hidden gem. We went off season in November for a quick reset and relax. The sauna barrels are lovely has lake view. And the hottub is popular during the night. They have the pool open for cold plunges as well. Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Bathrobes were nice to have. This is my second time here and I plan to make it an annual visit.
