A lovely boutique hotel in Yorkville! Service was fantastic, our room was clean and spacious, the free bubbly and cookies, as well as really nice selection of free tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. The decor is a bit dated, I’m not sure it’s giving luxury the way it maybe used to. But the spa is fantastic - highly recommend! Altogether a nice stay in Toronto!

Over washed scratchy towels. Do not disturb is ignored. Shower could use better cleaning. Definitely needed better cleaning of the curtains and had to advise staff of an issue. Cheap hairdryer and was replaced with an even cheaper one. Environment is in good location and quiet. Carpet needs replacing.

This hotel is well located and quiet. However, it is not a five star property by any definition. The interiors are tired but worse, my room was dirty. Skirting boards and corners had not been wiped down and had hair stuck on them. The bathroom floor was stained as was the shower. Better to stay less expensive but clean.

The physical property is fine - BUT the service is very mixed. Ask for them to order a taxi from my room and they did not do it until I came to the lobby - wait meant i nearly missed plane. Breakfast menu was horrible - too complex. no fruit. Delivery of hair dryer and dinner to room were problematic - not owrthy of very high price.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Our room was clean and lovely. I loved the harp in our room and the complimentary champagne. The pool and sauna were gorgeous and empty when we went, which was amazing! Highly recommend.
