My family like the hotel so much. The room is so lovely and big.We have two bedrooms and a living room. We can cook and do the laundry. During our stay, we all feel like being at home. Feel so relaxed. Furthermore, we appreciate the service. The front desk, Jessica, is very kind and friendly. She helped us a lot. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel sent me a cancellation notice less than 24 hours before check-in. They stated: "Due to unexpected inventory availability, your reservations at the WorldMark Victoria has been cancelled". I would not recommend booking with this hotel. We had to scramble to find accommodation on a very busy Canada Day long weekend with only 20 hours to do so. This has been a terrible experience & we are still waiting for a refund.

Over looked the bay. Watched float planes come and go.

Great hotel. We love the heated pool and hot tub and the short walk to downtown.

Overall a good experience, especially if you are a large family like ours - the need to buy WiFi, non-standard housekeeping (you can call to request towels and amenities vs a getting your room tended to), and a small : narrow underground parking for a truck to navigate put this at 4 for us (vs a 5).

Enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and nice to have dishwasher and washer/dryer. If you have a suite over the pool and spa can be vwry loud as people's voices echo.

Excellent stay. Great features like a BBQ, games and puzzles to borrow. Nice space with two bedrooms. Relaxing, super clean and wonderful staff. Will be here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the suite was big and well equipped with everything we needed. The Murphy bed was a nice improvement over a pullout couch, so that was great. My biggest complaint is that when I booked it said I would get a second bedroom with two twins, but upon check in we learned it had a queen bed - the twins were a big deciding factor for us because we had three boys along and they didn't want to share beds. My second complaint is that we had to pay extra for wifi, it was spotty, and it cost more if you wanted more than 2 devices connected. The third complaint is that the outdoor pool was pretty cold, and the hottub was definitely not HOT, and only chest deep.. I figured if it was open in November it would be heated to a more enjoyable temp.. that wasn't the case. Regardless my kids did enjoy it, but for shorter periods. The overall cost was good, and the location on the water was nice, but it is a pretty far walk from downtown, so we did need to drive more than I anticipated.

The people at the front desk was very nice when we checked in, gave helpful tips which helped us a lot.

Loved the condo. Need to be able to walk a bit to town but a beautiful walk. Living area a bit small and furniture lacked a bit of comfort but view was wonderful. Watched seaplanes take off and land. Right next to Fisherman’s Wharf where you can take a ferry taxi to town if you need. They are a bit pricey and Uber might be cheaper. Checkout is 10am which is a bit early being checkin isn’t till 4. I’d still return.
