Room was very clean, very comfortable and had friendly was conveniently close to the door. They could’ve really improved on. There’s Snow Removal though it was really bad in the handicap area. Parking staff was wonderful and friendly.

The room was cold. The bedding was not clean. I requested for room service two days in a row, it was not done. Limited towels provided when sharing a room. The hotel was very noisy throughout the night with patrons in and out of their rooms, yelling throughout the entire night, folks tring to open my door throughout the night thinking they were going to a party at the room next door. The walls are very thin between the rooms so we heard everything from our room. It just did not feel saf

The hotel looked old and lack of maintenance. Overpriced as I would be able to get better options with cheaper price. Cleanness of the room was also poor. I could still see hair on the bed, dirty floor, etc.

Clean room, friendly staff. Clean room and good location. It seems the room was recently renovated but not completely finished. The hairdryer was in a drawer with the wall mount still attached, which seemed a bit odd. The phone charging port in the nightstand didn’t work properly. The bathroom mirror was placed too low — I’m 5’9” and had to squat to see my face. The rooms are not soundproof at all; you can clearly hear conversations from the next room. The hotel also had a noticeable smell, which was unpleasant. Additionally, I’m not sure why I was charged for an extra person when my reservation clearly stated two people. Overall, it felt a bit too expensive for what was offered.

Rooms recently renovated, basic but clean and nice.

Hotel renovations. No "eating or drinking" in lobby. No business center. Thin walls. Beds ok. Room a little run down but not terrible. Busy street in strip mall parking lot.

Loud neighbors during the night.

I liked the TV service, clean room, bathroom needs modernization, tub had small rust holes in it, food a bit heavy in restaurant, but it was tasty, need more vegetarian options, staff in restaurant and in general was great.

The rooms, staff and restaurant are excellent. There were a couple instances of loud people in the hallway late at night / early morning that made it feel a little unsafe, but nothing came of it. Also a lot of people smoking pot in the parking lot.
