Merveilleux séjour au sein de cet établissement absolument charmant. À taille humaine, presque familial. Personnel très attentif. Parfaitement situé au centre-ville. Un coup de cœur !

Nice colonial era house that has been converted to a B&B. Rooms are all on inner courtyard with a pool. Hotel is in a good location. Very convenient to all attractions. Rooms don't have air conditioning, only fans. Had to pay in cash when checking out.

Het hotel is niet boor toeristen die van comfort houden. Alles is minimaal: de kamer, de badkamer, het zwembad. Wij hadden de ongelooflijke pech dat er veel lawaai was wegens een nieuwbouw op een belendend perceel. Er is ook een kat. Ik ben daar allergisch voor, maar wist dat niet op voorhand.

Nice hostal, simple with friendly people. Staff could be a little better informed on what to do, attractions, dining/going out and rooms have no A/C (which is fine), but the fan could be stronger as well as the shower could be better designed to keep water only around the shower and not the whole bath - anyway, it is a 2.5 star classified; so you get what you pay - still, clean and great location!

Ett hotell beläget mitt i centrum med mycket typisk prägel av den lokala kulturen. Inget 5 stjärnigt men ön har en mer avslappnat stil på bekvämligheter och vinner mycket på personlighet. Trevlig frukost med bröd/pålägg/färska frukter. Rekommenderas varmt.

Wonderful classic guest house in central Mindelo. Walking distance to everything, including the Ferry which is about 15 minutes away. Quiet location and wonderful central pool to cool off after a hot walk. Rooftop sitting area if you want to see the views.

L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la ville. Il est plein de charme avec sa façade verte. La chambre n'est pas en reste avec son magnifique parquet et ses lumières tamisées.
La petite cour intérieure est propice à la détente même si le jour de notre visite elle était vidée (ce qui était d'ailleurs assez dangereux car non balisé).
Seul bémol: la douche froide comme dans bien des hôtels au Cap Vert ☺️

Iedereen is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam in dit prachtig gerestaureerde oude huis dat is omgebouwd tot boutique hotel. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima, de kleine kamers zijn wel echt klein, maar voor een beetje extra heb je een mooie grote kamer. Toen wij er waren was het zwembad niet in gebruik.

Casa Colonial is the place to stay when in Mindello, Sao Vincente. Located near the port and the Presidential Palace in a quiet street. Its a little gem in lively Mindello. Beautiful rooms with their own bathrooms. A courtyard with a little pool to cool down. Beach chairs to chill and benches to write your memoires on or have the extended breakfast they serve each day with bananas from their own tree. Samira and her staff is absolutely lovely and they will go out of their way to make you feel at home, yet they are invisable enough to guarantee privacy. A roof terrass to retreat in the warmth of middays. Trust me this a the place to be when you are lucky enough to get a room. No airco but a ceiling fan that does the job together with the louvered doors to the balcony overlooking the ccourtyard.
