塞尔杜纳斯酒店

Nous avons trouvé cet hébergement en dépannage suite à une erreur de réservation sur un autre établissement. Nous avons été très satisfait par la gentillesse et la qualité du personnel . Mais déçus par certains points qui ne sont correspondent pas au standing affiché et au prix : la salle de bain avec une baignoire et déco d'un autre age . Nous étions obligé de fermer le vasistas de la salle de bain pour ne pas entendre le ronflement de la ventilation des cuisines situées juste sous la chambre . Il fallait souscrire un abonnement payant pour avoir les chaines nationales françaises à la TV. Dernier point négatif sont les délais d'attente des plats au restaurant ( 1 heure en moyenne de délai entre le choix des plats et le service ) Points positifs : la qualité, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel avec lequel nous avons été en contact . La qualité des plats servis au restaurant . En bref un bon séjour

Clean, stylish room ( we had a junior suite), lively gardens around pool- full credit to cleaners gardeners and the staff we met. It’s not in the beach ( 3 min short walk ) on a road but not noisy and hid from view with cleaver design touches. The problem is in some policies. Charging for water in the room is outrageous. It’s not complimentary coffee when you have to spend £2.50 to put water in the machine. Straight off a flight, with no water and paying for it - no shops nearby at all, is really poor. A hotel at this price should have complimentary room water, every day.

Wirklich gutes und schönes Hotel.

Überteuertes Essen, bzw. dem Preis nicht angemessene Qualität. Schummrig, enger Raum. Pool ok, aber kalt. Zimmer ok, Balkon z.T. sehr schön. Etwas abgelegen.

The room was advertised as having 2 double beds, but it only had 1 bed. 2. The photo of the bedroom, taken next to big mirrors, was misleading, as the actual room was smaller than expected

Love it

Clean, well-kept hotel with large pool, garden and beach area (across the street). This hotel is a nice place to relax compared to louder mega hotels in the resort. Breakfast was lovely and varied. However, two suggestions from me: Please provide free bottled water daily in the room and more fresh juice options at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

It's small, a family run feel, which we like the low key, personal, quiet experience. Paula at reception and all other staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. That makes it easy and comfortable. Our room was ideal, good space in a double room, private balcony and beautiful colours of Bourganvillea to admire, a well maintain green garden space and pool in the centre. We had breakfast in the hotel every day, however we were away by day and dined out across the island. Very simple, easy walk down into Santa Maria or across the road to the beach and beach board walk.

The room was OK, evening dinners were ok and the hotel is well located - 5min walk to a lovely beach, 15mins walk to town centre, restaurants etc. Breakfast was poor - limited choice, poor quality, constantly running out of glasses, cups, cutlery. Coffee and juice machines repeatedly out of order. No GF offering. In a word chaotic. Lift was often not working properly, with door only partially opening. Most of the staff were friendly and reasonably helpful though some were fairly indifferent if not rude in their service. Overall, very poor value for money hotel in my opinion

The lowrise building, simplicity, gentle and genuinely helpful staff and service was appealing. The hotel was peaceful, quiet rooms and lovely hammock areas, yoga in the garden, top floor small gym, reading and relaxing spaces and a short walk across the road to the beautiful beach and a 15 min walk into the centre of Santa Maria along the beach boardwalk. Lovely time.

Passamos dias muito bons no Hotel Dunas de Sal. Ficamos em uma suite junior muito espaçosa e a atenção de todos os funcionários merece destaque. Foream gentis e prestativos, nos ajudaram imenso com problemas que tivemos que resolver durante a estadia.

Quiet location, relaxed atmosfere, nice breakfast buffet.

Foi uma experiência muito agradável hospedar nesse hotel. Os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e solícitos. Agradeço demais o atendimento diferenciado que nos deram. O café da manhã era muito gostoso. Tudo novinho, alguns itens preparados na hora mesmo, ao gosto do cliente. A área de lazer era impecável. Uma piscina ótima para prática de natação ou mesmo para recreação. As redes no jardim são uma ótima oportunidade para um descanso ao ar livre. O hotel fica próximo da praia, próximo do cassino, e tb muito próximo da parte comercial/turística de Sal. Deu pra fazer tudo andando poucos metros. O quarto muito limpo, a internet excelente. Consegui até mesmo assistir um jogo de futebol via internet em HD. E o meu Cruzeiro ganhou!!!! Quando eu retornar a Sal, com certeza esse será o meu hotel!

Sehr sauber, tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Dreist, einen Zuschlag für ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu verlangen- gab keine anderen (aber vielleicht das auch nur eine Frechheit von expedia.de; will der Hotelführung nichts unterstellen

To Whom It May Concern: What I liked about the property is that it is centrally located and convenient to everything. The uniqueness had a gym. What I did not like going to the gym, and there weren’t any Towels, trash can or anything to disinfect the machine before or after use. Thanks.

Lovely six night stay. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The part of the beach near the hotel was beautiful. The hotel also offer yoga classes as part of your stay.
