Our experience was unbelievable, staff very knowledgeable and friendly, the restaurant was superb, the room was very very clean we were a group of 8 every time we needed to go out there were always someone at the door helping with transportation

The rooms were spotless and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant had a great selection of food and the breakfast was delicious with a excellent selection of fresh food

3 nights at this pleasant safe hotel. Good location and quiet at night. Great breakfast and pick up point for most island tours and hikes.

The room layout is phenomenal

The room was spotless and the staff were excellent. I wouldn't pay extra again for the waterfront view as it wasn't really that pleassnt a view.

Mawa at the front desk was very helpful during our stay.

Great customer service, very smiley and helpful staff especially Yvonne at reception who was extra kind and helpful, she helped me an adaptor as mine was not compatible which i retuned on checking out.The breakfast was brilliant especially the omelette, fruits etc. The balcony area overlooking the sea was amazing, more like an outside beach experience while indoors. I am a gym lover so again the gym though outside the hotel was one of the biggest I have ever been too, overlooking the sea while working out was also a brilliant experience. I definitely had a great time and will not forget the simple things too, food, walks, sunsets and warmth of all Cape Verde people!!!

Hotel grounds dirty, untidy & generally in disrepair, reception entrance tidy though. Check in was good reception staff & the concierge excellent couldn't be more helpful throughout. Paid for 1/2 board breakfast average and tired at best, dinner was a disgrace only ate at hotel twice at the hotel it was that bad, only choice given was a choice of a poor main course, owners daughter eventually offered us a meat dish from their other menu 1 nights dinner was average, 2nd night was absolutely disgusting. Never a 4 star hotel, poorly run restaurant .

Hotel needs lots of attention to details and a good cleaning! Staff was great, as was breakfast. The filter to the hot tub was green and fuzzy. So gross! I would never think about getting in! We had two body towels in our room and nothing on the towel rack. Soap dispensers were both empty and the tea bags provided looked like they came out of someone's pocket! Great restaurants within walking distance!
