Många fläckar på lakanet, små kuddar. Nonchalant personal vid incheckning. Glömde bl.a ge oss dörrnyckel. Dåligt bemötande av serveringspersonal på restaurangen. Trots förbudsskyltar så tilläts hundar inne på restaurangern

Accommodation is very dated. Website photos do not reflect the hotel. Many of the properties on the resort are old and dilapidated. Wifi in room was the worst I have experienced in the last 10 years and we was lied to about this. For example you will have Wi-Fi on the sofa but less than three metres away you can’t use Wi-Fi in the bed to make a phone call. It was that bad. It was explained as a blackout across Cape Verde however good internet in bar area and other parts of Sal. Friendly and helpful staff especially Duke and the restaurant and bar staff. Free shuttle to Santa Maria twice a day was useful.

Schneller Check in, Service vom Hotel solala ( wirken nicht sehr motiviert). Unterkunft ok, leider der Kühlschrank nicht dicht schließend, Betten gut, Klimanlage auch. Leider gibt es rundum nur eine Strandbude, außer dem Hotelrestaurant, aber es gibt auch einen Minimarkt und gratis Shuttle nach Santa Maria

I had a really lovely stay here for 4 nights on a solo trip. Gorgeous location, really handy free shuttle into Santa Maria a couple of times a day and easy to book a (paid) transfer to and from the airport. Food is off a menu for breakfast and dinner (I opted for half board) good quality and large portions. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

The place is falling apart. Dirty cushions in the bar, broken bin lids, electric sockets loose in the wall. Unfriendly receptionist. It was fine for one night but no more

Following the Heathrow fire and closure, we were unable to get to the hotel as planned. We tried to contact the hotel to let them know but no answer on the phone or by email. When we asked for a refund it was refused

Repas insipide mais service rapide. Réceptionniste qui faisait la tête à l'arrivée et au départ. Très grosse structure, c est pas notre truc.

Mindre hotell med lugnt läge. Låg dock längre från Santa Maria och ”allt annat” än jag räknat med, fanns endast en till restaurang ca 1 km bort. Många aktiviteter erbjöd inte upphämtning från Murdeira vilket innebar taxikostnader om tiden för aktiviteten inte stämde med transferbuss-servicen som hotellet erbjöd. Frukosten var sådär, ganska litet utbud. Perfekt ställe om man endast vill ta det lugnt på semestern. Nära stranden, men hotellet hade inga strandstolar. Ett helt ok hotell, fräscht och rent och ligger vackert beläget med fina solnedgångar.

J'avis lu beaucoup d'avis négatifs sur MURDEIRA VILLAGE, mais j'ai été ravie de mon séjour. Certes si l'établissement est un peu vieillissant, cela est largement compensé par le site, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, l'offre restauration notamment les petits déjeuners pris face à la mer! Le rapport qualité prix est topissime!

Helt ok boende om man vill bo lugnt utanför Santa Maria. Servicen var ok men inget att skryta med. Toan på rummet läckte vatten, dom försökte fixa men de gick sådär. Rent i övrigt. Poolen var iskall ej uppvärmd, vi var där över jul & nyår. Kan rekommendera endast beroende av priser, gratis shuttle till stan men taxi kostade 15 euro ca.

Absolutely terrible. SCAM hotel ! Arrived at the hotel after a 12 flight and hotel cancelled a non refundable booking on morning of arrival after taking payment 3 months earlier . Reception staff lying about rooms not being available. Left us homeless and stole our money . Worst hotel . Would not recommend to worst enemy

I booked a room here for 4 nights over the Christmas holidays back in September. It was reserved and paid for months in advance. They canceled my room four days before my trip. Thank goodness I booked through a 3rd party and they were able to help me find a place to stay last minute when everything was full.

Arrivée en avance et chambre prête à 12h au lieu de 16h très bon point. Concernant la propreté de la chambre, lit fait au carré mais présence de fourmis dans le logement lit, baignoire tout le long du séjour soit 7 jours. Baignoire avec une présence de rouille, pas d’eau chaude après 19h, installation électrique vétuste. Logement grand avec une petite terrasse et vue mer dans mon cas. Prenez la demie pension ou pension complète sera plus économique car les plats sont aussi cher qu’en France. Piscine à disposition, bar, petite plage, restaurant, navette gratuite deux fois par jour pour se rendre à Santa Maria.

Hard to review stay as I was suffering from after effects (but clear) of recent Novo contracted in UK as lost 8-9 lbs. So did not due what I expected to do & 1/2 way thru stay started to pick up. Room, staff breakfast very good. Had nice trip to Santa Maria they provide for free. Pool fine but used less than expected as not up to it. Snorkelled in small bay up from reception. Good first 2 days last day churned up so visibility issues. Very nice walks N & S of resort on or near beach which I could not exploit as much as wished. Nice meals in afternoon N of reception. Good Super Mercardo on site S of reception

The staff was BEYOND friendly, but my main grievance is that I had paid extra and arranged for an airport transfer both days before I arrived in CV and before I left CV and they did not comply with either. I paid 45EUR for 2 taxis, both a 7-minute drive from the airport. If I pay for a service, I wish it was available. Also, the wifi on the resort did not work at all the entirety of my stay; and being that the resort is away from the main city/area, it made it very desolate as my phone and none of my other devices had service due to faulty wifi from the resort. Otherwise, the food and drinks were amazing and very fairly priced, and the rooms themselves were nice. The amenities were very nice as well.

Les plus : Le restaurant est incroyable ; le calme ; personnel très agréable, un minibus gratuit pour Santa Maria Les moins : tv qui ne fonctionne pas, plaques de cuissons recouvertes (alors qu’il s’agit d’un resort), pas de supérette sur place, pas de wifi dans la chambre

no restaurants nearby.The biggest problem: only three sun umbrellas by the pool!This really interferes with normal rest!

We had a great stay at Murdeira Village Resort. The staff was friendly and made sure we were happy at all times, even though there was a language barrier. The village was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!
