This property was amazing. We had the best customer service, everything was very clean, and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever had.

Very nice and new property. Staff all very accommodating and helpful. Rooms not huge but god for our purposes… we weren’t there to stay indoors anyhow ! Dining options fairly pricy so we ate elsewhere. Pool very well done. Easy access to Seven Mile Beach, easy 5 minute leisurely stroll. Valet staff Chris, Miquel, and 2 others always very helpful. I don’t remember up front discussion of resort fees … found in check out … so this needs to be more obvious before booking. Also, not clear what was complimentary and what was charge for in the mini bar … just a little more clarity there too. All that said this was an an overstay trip for my wife and I. Upon arrival there was some nice wine and a wonderful huge slice of cake and an anniversary card with hand written note. Excellent touch. Overall excellent and we will be back. Chj

Very expensive and nothing nearby. Food was great but Better off saying at hampton inn and taking their shuttle everywhere for tips only, or use the bird scooters but they hard to find near Hotel Indigo. Farther south is m7ch more of a party. Gas station beers and ordering off the kids menus will be worth it next time. We probably wont stay here again. Just isnt worth the price with all the extra money grabs these resorts do.

From the moment of arriving, staff were right there to assist us in every way imaginable! Terrific staff & service plus great amenities, we enjoyed food and drinks poolside & beachside. The restaurants had delicious food. Better yet, they surprised us several times with champagne & cake, as we were celebrating our 30th Anniversary during this stay! Could not have been happier here.

From the time we stepped foot on the property, we were treated like royalty. They valeted our rental car and luggage was immediately taken to our room. As we checked in we had a refreshing drink and hit towel. The service was exceptional and the guys out front got us everywhere we needed to go. We really appreciate all of the staff and how amazing they are. They were the ones that really stood out.

It was our first time staying at Hotel Indigo in the Grand Cayman and we had a wonderful time. Everything from the room to the amenities was very accommodating. Although the property does not sit directly on the beach, it is a short walk to the beach with adequate loungers and umbrellas for the hotel guests to use. The restaurants were very good. We loved taking in the sunset from the only rooftop bar/restuarant on the island that is located in Hotel Indigo on the 10th floor. Amazing. We are definitely looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

The property was very nice. The restaurants had great food. Loved the beach bar. I would say the staff in some of the areas of the hotel were not as friendly and helpful as expected, especially for a newer hotel. I was also surprised by extra fees charged by the hotel. Overall, good experience.
