A very rustic accommodation, really enjoyed the fire and being in the forest. A little rough around the edges (marks on sheets, dirty kettle in the kitchen, bathroom in need of an upgrade) but if you value atmosphere and a camping feel worth a stay.

Great stay in the middle of the forest. We stayed on a cabin the first night and in a dome the second night and really enjoyed it. The accomodation was clean, quiet and overall great to relax and connect with natute. The hotel prepared for us a tinaja-grrat experimve taking bath under the stars. We also enjoyed massage that is available by request.

Don’t go!! Barking dogs will n the middle of the night. No insulation from outside weather. Mold in wood and surface. No central heating but just a fireplace that needs to be fed with wood every 3 hours.

Lovely place surrounded by forest tucked away from noise and main road, perfect for relaxation. We really enjoyed and will gladly stay again.

WOW, what a great place to stay. The dome was BIG and the owner had wood for us everyday. If we want to use the hot tub after a long day of hiking, we just told them and it was ready. Would highly recommend this property.

La dueña o administradora es una persona que no sabe tratar a los turistas, prepotente con sus empleados y mal trato a los turistas. Te pasas 5 minutos del check out y te quiere cobrar una alta multa por minuto pasado… algo inaudito y eso que nos hemos quedado 5 noches …….

Loved the loft! We stayed there for four nights and had a great time. The loft is quite big with an upstairs bedroom. The bed is super comfortable, everything is so cosy there’s a fire place, a kitchen where we cooked every night and a little deck in the backyard to relax where you can have a small barbecue. We didn’t have a car and it was challenging but the owners told us we could hitch hike down the dirt road which we did each day and got picked up easily. From puerto varas there are blue small mini bus you can get to Ensenada, they run every half hour and we used them very often. People are so nice around the area and we had no difficulty moving around. The owners and the staff are very kind too, we were able to do a wash which was helpful. Would 100% recommend the property

The cabana (loft) was better than expected. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs space pretty spacious. WiFi worked well. They even prepare the fire for you so you only have to light it. The hot tub is only available in the evening and has a surcharge (20.000 when we were there)

Las cabañas están medianamente limpias, no son muy cómodas, todo en muy poco espacio, un baño muy chico e incomodo y el servicio de wifi es pésimo.

Gostamos muito das cabanas, do local, do bosque, porém faltou detergente e bucha em 2 cabanas, bem como um rodo com pano para secar o banheiro, pois o box é pequeno e como tem cortina molha o piso, a iluminação é escura. Mas de uma forma geral é positivo, acama é boa e ambiente aconchegante.

Stayed in the big Dome. There is a wood stove with which you can keep it warm in the evening. It is cold in the morning. The many blankets help you stay comfortable. There are minimal facilities to prepare a simple meal. A shower with hot and cold water. Communication mostly via WhatsApp. Everything has signs of wear but is functional.

Lugar apropiado para desconectarse Sin TV, 5 cabañas y 5 domos dentro de un bosque nativo Por un bajo costo puedes tomar baños calientes en varios hot tube ( 20 mil 3 horas) Todo a precios excelentes y con una buenísima atención Por una módica suma puedes solicitar un late out Cerca de todo lagos, volcanes, termas

Quite and nice houses in the middle of the forest. Very calm atmosphere. The fireplace has added the coziness to our stay

Special property! Hosts were very nice. Loved the hot tub and stargazing.

Experiencia normal, se agradece que sean cabañas amigables con el medio ambiente, pero deben explicitar que eso conlleva ciertas limitaciones, por ejemplo: cantidad de enchufes, capacidad del refrigerador (no congela), luminosidad, entre otros. Finalmente, considero que la relación precio-calidad está desbalanceada.
