We had a wonderful stay at Cabañas Vaiora during our time on Easter Island. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The staff was incredibly kind, and Silvia, the owner, was truly exceptional—warm, accommodating, and always quick to respond to all of my questions. The location is good; it’s about a 10-minute walk to town, which was totally doable for us. We actually appreciated being in a quieter area, as it made our stay even more relaxing. The cabañas also offer a great level of independence, with easy and private access that made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Cabañas Vaiora. We’d love to return on a future trip!

+ Very quiet with full kitchen facilities if needed. - A bit of walk to the Main Street. Drains in Bathroom became a bit stinky.

Great stay!

I love the place. Really tranquil and quiet. The Cabaña was well appointed with a decent sized living area and a small separate kitchen with a table and chairs. Good pressure in the shower. The accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the Main Street. For the price, it really was a bargain. The host is very friendly and helpful too. Definitely would recommend this place!

Very basic accommodation but the owner is very nice and does the airport transfer for you. You can hire a car from her but no bikes. Wifi is only in the reception area and works pretty good.

Silvia and Alberto were amazing! They were always happy to assist with any queries. They even kept track of flight information and notifications to make sure we knew of delays or cancellations which was incredibly helpful. We found them more than accommodating and would highly reccommend. :)

The location of the property was perfect for us. It was quiet, clean and easy walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. Sylvia, the owner/ manager, was very gracious, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This place is absolutely great! Everything you need and more. But the best thing is the staff, they are sooo friendly and accommodating. I’ve been traveling South America for about 4 weeks and it was so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond for us. Small details like pick up and drop off at the airport was truly amazing. We really enjoyed our stay on Easter Island, and Cabañas Vaiora was a great place to stay for us. This is exactly the kind of base that we look for during our travels: a no-fuss, cozy place that we can make our home for a few days. Silvia was a wonderful hostess: she was very warm and helpful, but not overbearing. It was great to be welcomed at the airport after a long journey, given a quick tour of the town, and then brought straight to our room to relax. She also rented us a car that was more convenient and less expensive then the other rental options in town. Our cabaña was just what we were looking for: a private space with a comfortable bed, a shower, and a kitchenette. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple meal, store some food in a refrigerator, and share a bottle of wine. The location shows up slightly out of town on a map - but it's just barely so. It's an easy 10 minute walk down to the main street and the ocean, and the path is well-lighted after the sun goes down. Our suggestions are minor: it would be nice to have a fan for air circulation, window screens, and some curtains to block out the sun in the morning. Internet access was poor - but I think that's more about the island than the specific location here. Recommended.

We just had an amazing experience at Cabañas Vaiora. Only one night but we were amazed the way Silvia, the owner, treated us - picked us up at the airport and she gave us this beautiful and cozy room, with a kitchen inside. She gave us a bug spray for free and didn’t charge us for a cup of coffee that I asked early in the morning! I truly recommend stay there specially if you want to stay near downtown.

We were picked up from the airport with welcome flowers. The host was super friendly and communicated well in English. She booked a couple of tours for us and gave us good advices on local attractions. The cabin was spacious and clean. The appliances were basic but functional. The location was within walking distance from the main center, but it is off the main road and the alleyway to the cabin was a little bumpy with a lot of potholes, if you are driving. If you are walking, beware of the super friendly dogs in the neighborhood. They tend to jump all over you. The Internet connection was very intermittent

The cabins should really be painted at some point. The place is a little bit off the grid, but still close enough to walk downtown. What makes the stay great is the service: Silvia picks you up with a beautiful lei and really does her best to make your stay wonderful!

Un viaje excelente, lugares maravillosos. En general la gente muy amable. Isla de Pascua es realmente un lugar para desconectarse del estrés. Las cabañas vaiora excelentes en todo aspecto, a unas cuadras del centro. Silvia la dueña un amor, preocupada al 100% de que nuestra estadía fuese de lo mejor. Gracias

좋은 곳입니다. 공항가면 주인분께서 데리러 오십니다. 꽃목걸이를 걸어주셨고 저희를 위해 방을 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해주셨습니다. 짐도 들어주셨고 설명도 잘해주십니다. 택시도 알려주셔서 하루 투어도 잘 했어요. 많은 도움에 감사드립니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 이스터섬이 대체적으로 물가가 비싼데 이 숙소는 합리적인 가격이라고 생각합니다. 위치도 좋아요.

Todo muy bien, excepto que a la hora de pagar, al hacerlo con tarjeta nos cobraron un 5% sobre el precio final como "recargo", aunque al quejarnos y decirles que ello no procedia nos devolvio lo cobrado por ello en metalico. Bien en lineas generales quitando ese feo detalle.

Uma excelente opção para fugir de hotéis caros. A cabana tem cozinha equipada com tudo que precisa para fazer suas refeições, bem como chuveiro quente e banheiro limpo. A recepção é atenciosa e esforçada.

L'accueil et la serviabilité ont été au rendez vous tout au long du séjour. La chambre est propre et agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ces cabañas!

Very nice property, it was perfect for our Easter Island holiday. It's in a quiet and peaceful location, a 20 minute walk to the center of town. The shared kitchen was beneficial. Silvia is a great host, she greeted us with leis at the airport, provided us transportation to and from the airport, and arranged an island tour for us. This was also one of the more affordable places on Easter Island. A good value.
