清潔部分希望可以加強

Pésimo reservamos 2 días antes se confirmo y al llegar nos dijo que no tenía habitación que nunca aceptó nada

Hernan the owner is an absolute gem. He provided an excellent introduction to the area and gave us a bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. Keep in mind, this is an apartment, not a fancy hotel. The room had everything you need, the sheet are clean etc... but expect some wear-and-tear and the need to fidget with the showers. Also, the place is only five minutes from fun bars, restaurants and night life.

La ubicación, el departamento en sí, el personal muy dispuesto a ayudar, pero también total independencia, todo junto hizo que pasaramos bellos días en Valparaíso. Nos sentimos como en casa. El agua caliente en la ducha a veces costaba, pero la hacíamos funcionar abriendo el agua caliente del lavamanos. Y no nos hicimos problema. Muy limpio, la cama comodísima, todo lo demas funcionaba de 10. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.

la atencion buena no tenian en cuenta mi recerva y me cobraron el doble de lo que yo habia pactado luego de mi reclamo me reintegraron el 50 %, la bañera esta elevada por lo que costaba mucho entrar para ducharce

배낭여행자들이 묶어가는 숙소. 시설 자체는 낡은 편이었지만, 시설의 컨디션 한에서는 최선을 다해 준비해 놓은 느낌. 침구나 기구들이 새것이나 깨끗한 느낌은 나지 않음. 침구류 세척이 의심됨. 크게 문제는 없었지만, 딱히 만족할 요소도 없었음. 주인이 영어 못함.

Muy acogedor, Hernan siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ideal para ir con hijos o en familia. Bien equipada, desde hervidor hasta ollas. Sábanas y toallas limpias (blancas) (aunque nosotros llevamos todo propio) Lo único desfavorable es el wifi que es muy inestable y la poca presión de agua en la ducha, lo cual no hace imposible su uso. Volveremos a ir definitivamente.

I cannot comment much on many aspects of this property because I was never able to check in. The reservation for a twin room was made months ago with a confirmation from Hotels.com, but after a sweaty hike up the steep road to the hotel, I was told my reservation has been cancelled. I tried to explain that while I cancelled an earlier reservation made through expedia, I have subsequently booked the room again through hotels.com. I showed he manager (who did not speak any English and we had to communicate through google translate) the confirmation, but he insisted that my reservation has been cancelled. Nevertheless, he did try to help me find alternative accommodation, but what he offered was either too far away (in Vina del Mar), or not well located. I ended up using the property 's wifi to book a room in a nearby hostel. I think the manager was really trying to help resolve the problem, but the problem should not have occurred in the first place, and I think he still did not realized that he had made a mistake. （Please disregard the scores on room cleanliness and comfort, as I have no opportunity to observe.)

Appartement assez central pour visiter valparaiso. Le propriétaire est toujours prêt à rendre service. Agréable terrasse devant l appartement.

Hot water run out haft way through the shower. Manager was helpful but can't communicate with him because he doesn't speak English.

Muy cómodo, familiar, cerca del centro y de lugares para disfrutar la noche.

Muy lindo todo,muy buena la atención en la comarca Valparaíso y muy confortable

Buena atención amable, se agradece el detalle de disponer de te, endulzante,sal,etc. El sector si era un poco bullicioso por una cancha colindante.
