Well below american standards. No air conditioning, terrible beds and pillows, bedspreads that have not been changed for awhile. Service is good.

The property was convenient for our stay and was recommended by Viator for our tour pick-up. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed a last minute tour guide fill-in. Air conditioning was great, nice big shower. Very noisy roosters during the night, beds sag in the middle so did wake up a few times. Breakfast does not start until 8, including no coffee so not helpful for an early start. We were surprised with all the chickens around there were no eggs, not even hard-boiled for breakfast.

No Wi-Fi except in lobby which was a little dissapointing.

Adequate facilities, large room with good shower. Pleasant and helpful staff

Good location close to town but rooms very hot. Unable to leave windows open as they were unscreened and mosquitoes were a problem made for an uncomfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ecolodge. The room was large and comfortable.

This hotel is situated in a lovely garden setting, our room was at the top level and we could see the ocean from our patio, chickens roamed the property and were very friendly. A traveller must realize that Rapa Nui is very layed back and a very unique experience, luxuries are not a priority. The Eco Lodge is clean, met all our needs, the staff are very friendly and try their hardest to to help out with any request.

Central location in town with very nice breakfast and good coffee. The motel is 60's construction and needs update. We liked the quiet and tropical feel siting on our porch. We would stay there again

Bien situé au centre du bourg d’Hanga Roa, l’eastern island ecolodge est un établissement vieillissant. Si le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant, il n’est quasiment pas bilingue, et il n’est pas toujours évident pour un non hispanophone de se faire comprendre. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Mon principal grief est relatif au tarif bien trop élevé pour les prestations proposées. Pas de climatisation, chambre très mal ventilée. Pas de terrasse ni de mobilier de jardin pour chaque chambre. Salle de bain étroite et rustique. Enfin, le transfert retour à l'aéroport organisé par l’hotel à 40 dollars pour moins de 2km passe mal...D’autres hébergements sur l’île aussi bien voir mieux situés en bord de mer, ont bien plus de charme pour un prix parfois bien moindre.

The nicest thing about the hotel is the garden, its really beautiful. Architecture is OK, but nothing special. The best part is the terrace next to the breakfast room and the platforms and bridges that connect from there to lower levels. Second best thing is location, its really convenient, although it can be a bit noisy if you're close to the street. Parking inside the property might be a bit tight, but leaving the car outside is OK apparently. The place and the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. Bed was nice and comfortable. Bedroom was OK, but the bathroom needs a thorough renovation and soon. Half of the staff was really nice and friendly, but the rest was a quite apathetic. No wifi unless you're in the reception area, this needs to be improved. An idea for improvement: The desks included in the rooms are tiny; i get that you're not supposed to work when you visit there, but sometimes its not an option. In such cases it can come handy to have an area for people to hang out or work, with wifi and tables. Maybe you could do this with the breakfast area or the room next to it.

The Hotel is beautiful, full of green area, beautiful trees, plants, breakfast is amazing, but there's no internet in the rooms, only at the reception..and it's too bad.

O hotel tem quartos amplos e camas bem confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom, com frios, pães, doces, sucos (quase perfeito.. só faltou mais opções de frutas e ovos). O pessoal do hotel sempre atencioso, chegamos antes do horário do check-in e nos permitiram deixar as bagagens para aproveitar o dia.

Cadre exotique, très agréable. Chambres spacieuses mais un peu vétustes. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit déjeuner bien. Bon emplacement, proche de tout commerce et à 10 min à pied de l’aéroport. Facilité d’accès.

Staff very friendly the environment very beautiful. Good location too. The internet is free but very slow. But you can get free public WiFi around the corner.

Nice hotel located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, church, bank . Very friendly staff. Beautiful garden with flowering shrubs and trees. Energy conservation causes hot water shortages, but cold one is available all the time.
