Personal amable. Habitación en el quinto piso, con vista a una azotea con varios sistemas de aire acondicionado. El colchón de la cama demasiado blando, pedí que me cambien de habitación y me dijeron que todos estaban igual.

Great place to stay! Clean and convenient. Also, hands down the best breakfast experience I’ve had at a hotel!

Staff was friendly and provided a great service. Breakfast was very good with a breathtaking view. The room was comfortable.

Hotel antigo porem bem cuidado, quarto confortável, apenas nao funcionava o aquecimento e havia queda de disjuntor quando ligado o secador e o aquecedor.

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam! Es war sauber! Nur die Teppiche fand ich altmodisch bzw schmuddelig! Genau wie das Jacuzzi das Schwimmbad hatte zuviel chlor!

Todo estuvo excelente! La comida del restorante así como el desayuno también le doy un excelente.

Bathroom and room furniture are at least 40 years old

The location is good, with a top floor restaurant with a view. Rooms were spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. The people were polite and helpful. The property’s condition is tired and stained. Hallway carpets are stained, ceramic tile on the bathroom floor was blackened. Some mold around the bathtub, baseboards coming away from the wall. We arrived early and had to carry luggage to a lower level and back up. On checking out, they ran our credit card twice trying to pay our bill for dinner (waiting to see if we will be charged double…). Dinner in the restaurant was good( fondue for two).

The condition of the hotel is quite poor. The rooms and hallways are not clean

El chekin fue horrible, estacionamiento ocupado, falló impresora, estaba pagado y me cobraron el iva al ingresar… mal!!… habitación sin A/C, ducha con tina tapada… lo bueno: cama espectacular, desayuno excelente.

The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food.

The hotel is located next to the old mall and only 5 or 6 blocks from the big mall. The place is nice. The downside is the restaurant. The service there is not good. Overall, a nice experience.

Very limited amenities in bathroom. Place is a bit dated. Breakfast included was just okay. Parking in the garage is tight and a bit inconvenient. However, the front was very helpful during the Christmas period. Especially helpful and accommodating was Soledad. She made up for a lot of drawbacks to the hotel.
