the place was good with comfortable service. The only point I was not comfortable with is the English service (no all-time English service)

Loved our stay here! The hostal is quaint, filled with incredible art, close to everything but also far enough away from the hustle to be nice and quiet. Breakfasts were lovely, our host was extremely genial and we also enjoyed the company of the two cats that live there. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re in San Pedro.

Great stay, but people arriving at 22:00 with no previous arrangements and ringing the bell and making notice. Where they think they going? To a hotel? If you arrive in the morning till afternoon, there is someone at the property. Breakfast is great, with the lady making scrambled eggs. I enjoyed my stay

Do NOT trust the high rating on this place. First off, they advertise a 24 hours "front desk" but it's really a whatsapp number that sporadically answers. We arrived with some delay at 9 PM at the door,rang the bell several times and finally had to call via WhatsApp a few times until a guy called Rodrigo called someone to open the door. But that was nothing compared to the water situation at this place. First morning - stone cold water. Then day 2 and 3, NO water at all. Not in the room and not in the shared kitchen area. Imagine being in a desert town, with a tour pick-up at 5 AM and stuck with no water for shower or simple toilet use. If you try reaching the Whatsapp number at those times, there is no response until around 8 AM. Every time a staff member came smiling when we returned, did "something" and then fixed the problem, only for it to return the following early morning. On the last night i asked Rodrigo for a guarantee that there will be flowing water and he said he'll call someone to ensure it works. The end result was that we left for the Airport with a 5 AM answer having cleaned ourselves with water from the drinking bottles we had. Lots of "oh sorry" and "i'll give you one night back via Paypal" (which i don't use. But i don't care about money....i wanted a simple, basic stay WITH water. To anyone considering this place, please be cautioned. There are better options at more central locations with good service. But this one is definitely not in that category.

A delightful place to stay in San Pedro de Atacama. Excellent ambience, great staff, good location. Very decent price. Folksy. This is a hostal, not an Intercontinental, but I would rather stay here. Bonus: A nice cat sleeps on a couch in the entrance, probably resting up for a nightly search for vermin. Start patting, and she just rolls over and exposes her belly for more.

Relaxing grounds and comfortable room. Rodrigo was great with help to organize tours and transfer to/from airport. Slightly outside of the center but that was not an issue for me

Minha estadia foi ótima! Destaque para a Sônia que me recebeu com toda atenção. As acomodações eram limpas e o café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo.

Fui muito bem atendido, lugar muito organizado e limpo, excelente cama, me atendeu como o esperado.

We booked this hostal for one night and upon arrival we were greeted by two friendly receptionists. They checked us in and showed us around the hostal. The hostal itself is clean and comfortable. However, the rooms lack privacy as the windows don't have any real curtains and anyone can just look inside the rooms. The location is what I would say hurts the place the most. It is on a dead-end street with no traffic, about a 15 minute walk to the city center and it is not well lit at night. It does get a bit sketchy at night walking back from the city center as it is in a quite area. Our main issue however was during our checkout. The staff was nowhere to be found, the front desk room was locked. We finally managed to find one of the hotel staff (cleaning lady) and gave her the key. We then showed her the guidebook the hostal had given us to call us a taxi from one of the numbers they provided. None of the numbers worked! Finally, the lady called either the hotel owner or one of the staff that was absent. The staff member pretty much told us to walk to the bus station 5 minutes away to catch a taxi. We had to take all of our luggage and walk down to the bus station to get us a cab in the afternoon heat. You won't be able to catch a taxi closer because it is a deadend street with no traffic going through. Overall I would not recommend this hostal just because of the service that was provided during checkout and also the staff not being present when they should be.

Service war nett. Sauberkeit war leider nicht in Ordnung. Überall Ameisen im Zimmer, sogar vereinzelt auf dem Bett... Eine Klimaanlage wäre angenehm gewesen.

L'accueil super, tous super gentils et prêts à vous rendre service. La cuisine commune est bien équipée et permet d'échanger les bons tuyaux avec les autres touristes. Le wifi haut débit dans la chambre. L'hôtel est proche de la station de bus. 15mn à pied du centre ville et ils nous prêtent des vélos. Je recommande.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and nice & clean.

Lugar agradable a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad caminando, wifi en areas públicas funciona muy bien pero en la habitaciones va y viene. Casi nunca vi a nadie en recepción, el hotel tranquilo, las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sauber und modern. In die Innenstadt kann man laufen, zum Busbahnhof ist es nah. Nette Mitarbeiter. Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof könnten mehr und bequemer sein.

Hostal bem confortável, ótimo café da manhã. Vista linda do Vulcão Licancabur. Se tiver alguma coisa para melhorar é a calefação que funciona somente das 20:00h às 06:00h, e funciona de forma razoável.

Fue muy buena nuestra estadia , excelente atencion de Rodrigo y Leo . Nos toco una habitacion amplia , comoda , con una cama King , excelentes sabanas , buen desayuno . Si bien queda a unas cuadras del centro . Volveriamos .
