As instalações deste hostel são ótimas. Uma das cozinhas é bem pequena, mas tem uma outra em eventuais necessidades. Gostei muito da estadia!

This was a great stay, first time in Santiago and I highly recommend this hostel.

The atmosphere was great thanks to the events organized by the hostel. The hostel is large, clean with several spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean. There are lots of bathrooms which is great. The kitchens could use a few more utensils.

The first thing you notice is very nice personnel who speak better English than the reception of airport Hilton does. The second thing - the property is huge and somewhat worn out. But after 5 nights I got used to it. The crowd is mixed - both backpackers and mature couples. There are both dorms and private room at the property. I wish there was a walking tour on offer, these things are more fun than a van from Chiletour. In general, I wish there were better tours on offer. But I don't know whether there is anything better available in Santiago.

Excelente experiencia! El hostel se destaca por su limpieza impecable y por la amplitud de sus espacios. Las habitaciones son ventiladas, iluminadas y hay baños accesibles en todas las áreas. El patio es un detalle maravilloso para relajarse y comer al aire libre. Un agradecimiento especial al personal, que fue muy atento durante toda mi estadía. ¡Sin duda volveré!

Equipe sensacional, super prestativos e dispostos a ajudar. Cafe da manha bom, mas sem muita variedade, justo pelo preço cobrado! Muito bem localizado tambem

Equipe de brasileiros excelente e prestativa. Quarto com uma claraboia no teto, superclaro, com porta de vidro, bem em frente a luz do corredor. O banheiro privativo nao ficava dentro do quarto, mas sim a 4 quartos depois. Cafe nao estava incluso.

Para um hostel bem dentro do padrão de todos que já fiquei. Minha observação é referente a janela do quarto que não possui cortina

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour le petit déjeuner avec une offre de produits très correcte. Sélection d’en-cas disponible à l’information pour à des prix raisonnables. Chambre spacieuse mais pas très insonorisée. Pour les plus sensibles, il faut apporter des bouchons d’oreilles. Cependant plus de bruit à partir de 22h. Personnel très à l'écoute et serviable.

Hostal bem localizado. Muitos atendentes (português, espanhol e inglês) muito fácil comunicação. Banheiros necessitam atenção, limpeza feita 1x ao dia. Quartos bons, colchão médio e roupa de cama só trocam mediante pagamento. Fiquei 7 dias.. poderiam trocar a cada 3.. mesmo no frio nós suamos muito… Poderiam adaptar varal móvel para toalhas, acaba ficando na cama e sem ventilação fica ruim com muito tempo.

Otima localização, chuveiro do quarto quadruplo é péssimo , staff muito bom , simpaticos , sempre disponiveis.

Excelente localização em Santiago! Fiz quase tudo caminhando, centro de Santiago bem próximo, cerro Santa Lucia e San Cristobal! Até no Costanera conseguir ir caminhando por uma 1 hora no maximo ! Excelente o hostal!

Everyone was super friendly and there were always events hosted by this hostel. Great way to meet new people and explore parts of the city!
