Im Zimmer sind die Möbel alt und kaputt. Auch die Sauberkeit hat nicht überzeugt

Vents evidently rusted as well as bathroom piping and fixtures. Cabinet handles broken and fixtures poorly maintained. Disappointed in accomodations as a presentation of Expedia's post offerings and for the price charges.

We have arrived 30 minutes prior to the check-in time. Even if our room was ready, the staff forced us to wait for 30 minutes in the lobby. The staff were very unfriendly. They offered beach towels to other passengers, but refused us! The hotel is old and extremely overpriced (almost 150 USD per night). Amenities were poor. The only good thing was that the AC was working good, as the nights were cold. Be aware that there is now elevator and you have to carry your own luggage up to 4 floors.

The only suggestion we have is when there is a scheduled electrical shut off that the hotel advise the client or post a note to notify the time frame in which there is no electricity. Otherwise, we will be back as it's a fantastic place with great service and perfect location.

Bien situé, mais aurait besoin d'un grand rafraichissement. Petit déjeuner très moyen.

The hotel rooms seem hacked together and retrofitted, the floor doesn’t meet correctly in places, the blinds don’t cover the windows and were stained, the door was paper thin. The bathroom had an awkward glass window with the room, only having blinds that were mostly transparent, removing any privacy you may have wanted The breakfast was laughably a carton of milk and juice, a cereal bar and a sachet for coffee. The single member of staff seemingly on duty made us a toastie, so at least didn’t go hungry. The shower head was rusty and there were hairs on the bed. All of this at quite a high price point. We were very glad to leave this place.

Hotellet er bedre end stjernene angiver. Et rigtig hyggeligt lille hotel tæt på strandpromenaden med masser af restauranter etc. Morgenmad serveres på værelset. God service.

En general, bien. El personal muy amable. El desayuno era poco abundante (sólo dos rebanadas de pan de molde). El tabique entre la pieza y otra permitía oír el rumor de la conversación de los pasajeros de la otra pieza.

Es un hitel muy bonito , pero tiene muchos detalles que se deberian mejorar, sobre todo por lo que se cobra. Es muy limpio. No tiene nada para servirse, lo que es complicado cuando se llega a un lugar como bahia inglesa que todo cierra despues de una hora.

El desayuno muy malo La información del personal sobre la zona deficiente.

Near the beach and a selection of good restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.

Não tem estacionamento privativo. Acesso ao andar superior por escada.

Buen hotel recomendable al 100%

Estadía tranquila y agradable.

Exceptional staff, allowed check in at 6 am and provided additional breakfast when bus arrive very early.
