One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I’ve been to many different countries and many different continents. I would 100% only stay here if I visited Santiago again, no other place would top this place in the city. Everything was perfect.

Quiet street. 8 Min. walk to metro and to supermarket. Obliging staff. Filling breakfast. Clean and quiet room. Two electric sockets in room, one hidden under bench. Gave up trying to operate TV but not a problem as we had mobile phones. Wifi signal weak but manageable.

The hotel was okay overall—the facilities were decent, and the staff was very friendly. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets were dirty, and the towels had a very strong chlorine smell, which was uncomfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
The price was cheap, and it was the only hotel available in the area for the dates we needed, but they definitely need to improve their cleanliness.

O hotel atendeu muito bem minhas espectativas e não tive nenhuma surpresa. Quarto quádruplo que me foi concedido era espaçoso, confortável, bem aquecido. O ponto negativo mesmo foi o café da manhã, com poucas opções e repetitivo durante toda a semana, tinha só uma opção de fruta por dia, ovo e pão.

Bom custo benefício, porém alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar, deveria ter um espelho no quarto, tem apenas um pequeno no banheiro, na recepção do hotel não tem banheiro para hospedes, caso chegue antes do horário do check-in terá que se segurar até entrar no quarto.

A localização é boa. O café da manhã, deixa muito a desejar. A cama tinha colchão desconfortável a ponto de fazer buraco e dar dor nas costas, na primeira noite no hotel. Muito Barulho de outros hospedes nos corredores. Internet não funcionava nos quartos, tendo que descer a recepção para utilizar. Experiência não foi boa. Eu não indico este hotel.
