El hotel está bastante bien, la atención muy buena, lo malo fue la RESERVACIÓN CON EXPEDIA, esa es mi única mala experiencia, no explican bien lo que vas a pagar ya en el lugar, muy, pero muy mala experiencia, EXPEDIA ES MALÍSIMO, voy a buscar otro proveedor como Booking o Trivago.

A simple place but close to all the main attractions in the city. The staff are super sweet.

There's no doub that the location is the strongest point of this accomodation, because is close to restaurants, parks, bus stop, the tower and a lot of museums, even Bellas Artes. The facilities are the same mention in the description with the only detail that the walls aren't soundproof at least, not my room in the first floor. It not a problem if you have a heavy sleep like me.

The rooms were horribly small, having no place to put the suitcases other than on the floor blocking the way to the bathroom. The bathroom had a huge step to get in, very dangerous at night, and the whole experience was that one was in a cave. The breakfasts were adequate, as they offered no eggs, etc. Most of the staff, especially the women, were excellent. I would not stay there again. The owners should charge a little more and upgrade the facilities to make them safer and offer a better breakfast.

O quarto não correspondia às fotos que são publicadas. Não havia janela, nem refrigerador que expoem nas fotos. Lamentável

Hotel, ya con sus años, bastante cuidado, muy limpio, buena atención del personal, justo en el centro de Santiago, con transporte público cercano, minimarkets y opciones para comer, las habitaciones pequeñas, baños diminutos , se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones , el servicio de desayuno incluido es la verdad demasiado básico, café, yogurt y sándwiches, pero por lo que se paga no se puede exigir más , buena opción para tomar en cuenta si visitas Santiago.

Ambiente péssimo! Não tinha janela no quarto. Banheiro com “janela” no teto para um estranho. Os atendentes até se esforçam, mas o lugar é péssimo. O café da manhã era bem limitado. TV não pegava. Precisa entrar em contato para ligar o aquecedor. Péssima acústica! Minha mulher acordava o tempo todo com o barulho do telefone na recepção.

Muito confortável gostei

The building is a little dated, but they have the necessary amenities. The people are very helpful and friendly, including being very patient while i attempted to use google translate as my spanish is not great. The breakfast is decent, not much variety but seems pretty standard from what i noticed re breakfast in other places in Chile. The beds are a little soft, but not unbearably so (my personal preference is hard mattresses so it might be the bed is perfect for you). A lot of street noise, but the city was loud everywhere i went so the hotel cannot help this! We had a room on the 2nd floor which was very spacious, but there was no lift. It was in Downtown, and we walked most places in 15 to 60 minutes depending on the venue location. Overall i would highly recommend.
