Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask.

Breakfast is not amazing especially if you stay many days.
I add a battery issue with my car (my fault) but the reception was of no help and did not even offer me to call someone. I have never seen an hotel that does not even offer to give a phone number. I was alone with 2 kids and my flight on the evening… maybe they did not care because I was leaving.
Service is always so good in Chile except at Hyatt.

In general it was a good stay. Weird to hava a reception in the 12th floor. Phone did not work in arrival and had to be replaced. At times hard to get reception to answer. Magnificent view of Santiago from the room. Room service was very good. Good breakfast with many choices.
