Good location in city center. Room is comfortable.

Everything is perfect. if the restaurant can provide more food for choice.

The staff were the main positive about my stay as they were extremely attentive to my and my friends every need.

Si hay algo que se puede decir del ibis es su consistencia. El hotel funcionó exactamente como esperábamos. El equipamiento de la habitacion ya empieza a mostrar cierta edad pero funciona impecablemente.

Hotel in posizione strategica, buono e conveniente per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. E' a due passi dal centro storico (basta attraversare la strada e procedere in salita: dopo pochi minuti di cammino ci si trova nel dedalo di vie animate da bar e ristoranti tipici, in mezzo ai murales e ai marciapiedi colorati). Personale gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile: avevo fatto patto con taxista per il giorno dopo, ma non si è presentato. Alla reception hanno risolto il mio problema contattando in pochissimi minuti un taxi (avevo tempo molto limitato perchè il bus sarebbe partito dalla stazione dopo poco). Unico neo: bottiglia d'acqua presa in hotel al costo di quasi 5 euro. Un po' troppo, se si pensa che non era nemmeno in bottiglia sigillata, ma acqua presa dagli erogatori (quelli che si vedono anche nei bar). Insomma, sono scivolati su una buccia di banana. Per il resto tutto ok.

Fue una estadía muy agradable, con todo los servicios necesarios para una agradable estadía.

El hotel está bien, pero sugiero validar los procesos de recepción y limpieza. En el momento del check in, tuvimos que esperar más de 20 minutos. Adicionalmente, una de las noches no hicieron el aseo en mi habitación, regresé muy tarde y el hotel al parecer estaba en alta ocupación y no había personal de limpieza.

El área es muy peligrosa

This hotel is located close to the port and a train station - spotted cruise, container ships and navy vessels. Walkable to restaurants, malls & tourist spots. Convenient for taking train journeys to Vina del Mar & other tourist attractions.

The property is ok, but the neighborhood not is safe, the hotel needs a latte thin to the conditions and the check in is sooooo slow

È un buon compromesso per visitare i colli di valparaiso dai quali dista pochi minuti a piedi. L albergo come tutti gli ibis è essenziale ma c e tutto ad ottimo prezzo compreso una buona abbondante colazione.

Nice hotel good location for exploring the town. The first hotel I've ever been to though that didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign for your door so if for whatever reason you have a late night and want to sleep in housekeeping are coming in regardless to wake you.

Es ist extrem basicstyle. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Handtücher so lala…aber es gibt auch so gar nichts was einen wohlfühlen lassen könnte. Frühstück war auch eher Basic- das nachfüllen war mühsam und es gab immer wieder keinen Kaffee, keine Eier etc

Overall very basic for the priced paid. Location was good to view the fireworks on new years, but the prime to go with stay for New Year’s Eve was not worth it. Beds were too soft. Only two towels and a floor math in the bedroom. Only a tv, safe and one chair. Very, very basic. Also, food selection small only pizza and h and cheese sandwiches to select from for dinner. If omit staying for a day the this hotel is close to the safe tourist area… otherwise, spend the money and stay at Viña de Mer… because there is nothing to see on Valparaiso
