Good location, great staff

Very cute hotel. The room was spacious, clean, staff were friendly. I like the breakfast in particular, there was a self-serve orange juice machine, we could made our freshly made juice!👍 There was a massive protest right in front of the hotel, the nearby metro station was closed. Travelers planning to stay must be careful.

Hotel razoável localizado na área central, 3 quadras do patio bellavista e cerro san cristoban, 3 quadras metro. Área antiga de Santiago mas bem localizado. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã gostoso. Quarto ok. preço justo. A melhorar: chão range no hotel inteiro, faz muito barulho. Chuveiro do quarto esquentava e esfriava toda hora, difícil tomar banho. Resumindo, para que quer gastar pouco vale a pena, senão escolheria outro.

Good placement between Patio BellaVista and Barrio Itália. The floors can be a bit too noisy if you don’t sleep deeply. Good breakfast. Excellent staff!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. Room was spacious and had character. Nice comfy bed. Our room also had a large balcony/terrace which was nice to sit out on after a day strolling around. The couple who owned/ran it were wonderful, very friendly, helpful and courteous. Tasty breakfast.

Very friendly property manager, always willing to help and speaks very fluent English. No in room washroom facility but overall excellent location makes it all worth the stay there.

Bom custo beneficio.Hotel botique: limpinho e bem arrumado e decorado. Cafe da manhã fantástico ! Localizado na divisa do centro com o bairro da Providencia. Perto do Patio Bella Vista. Não são muito flexível comm os horários de check in e check out.

Hotel muito bem loCalizado, porém viemos em uma época das manifestações, o que esta dificultand muito o acesso ao hotel e a vida ao redor. Não sugiro se hospedar nele enquanto essa situação no chile nao melhorar Cama muito mole, nao tem figrobar nem ar condicionado

The hotel is rustic with wood floors and breakfast is like eating in your Grandma's kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet inside despite being on a busy street. The staff were excellent and spoke excellent English and went above and beyond for our stay. Thank you for a good stay at your hotel.

Los dueños del hotel son encantadores. El hotel tiene una atmósfera muy acogedora, está decorado con mucho estilo y cada rincón está cuidado hasta el último detalle. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aqui si vuelvo al Santiago.

Hotel charmoso, Excelente localização, perto de um metrô. Quarto muito confortável, café da manhã bom. Só tivemos problema com uma coisa, o aquecedor do nosso quarto não funcionava e passamos um pouco de frio. Avisamos ao pessoal da recepção e falaram que ia resolver, mas continuou sem funcionar. Fora isso o hotel é muito bom e os funcionários são muito simpáticos também

Hotel maravilhoso e atendimento melhor ainda. Infelizmente não tem elevador e estávamos com malas grandes e pranchas de snowboard, nossos quartos eram um um dos últimos andares, mas os funcionários levaram todas as malas para cima e na hora do check-out também trouxeram até o primeiro andar. Café da manha bem completo e os quartos com camas super confortáveis.

Mito Casa was absolutely delightful. First, the bad parts: the floorboards were squeaky, but I found it charming. Also, the Wi-Fi was too slow to stream video, but I didn't go to Santiago to watch Netflix. The central location is great, the house decor was absolutely charming, and MY BATHROOM HAD HEATED FLOOR TILES. The service also went above and beyond - I mentioned that I needed some emergency sugar on-hand due to my diabetes, and not only did they provide me with boxed juices gratis, they also gave me some extra sugary snacks and refreshments to keep me going on the road at check out time. I unreservedly recommend staying at Mito Casa when visiting Santiago.

El hotel es hermoso, cálido y cómodo. El personal el sumamente atento y siempre pendientes de nuestra comodidad. El desayuno es abundante y muuuy rico! Sin dudas volvería.
