Al llegar a hacer el check in el viernes 21 a las 15:00 hrs nos comunican que la piscina al aire libre se encontraba cerrada debido a un evento privado. Nadie nos aviso con anticipación y dada la alta temperatura de 30 grados esto era muy valorado. Además el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien por lo que la temperatura de la habitación no bajó de los 24 grados centígrados. Finalmente, al hacer el check out había una diferencia en el valor de un servicio de masajes lo que se debía a un impuesto que no estaba informado en ninguna parte.

Excellent location and staff!

I have stayed here before, and it was a pleasant hotel experience. Now it is not. There is a significant lack of maintenance; the rooms are in disrepair. My window curtain didn't work properly, so I couldn't close it completely. The night lamp on the bedside table didn't work. The USB port to charge the phone (that was on a digital radio on the night table) didn't work. The handle of the bathroom sink came apart when turned on. The AC broke 2 times; the last night was so hot, and it wouldn't cool the room. The key to the room kept failing, so I had to come down several times so it could be reactivated. The gym was also in disrepair, didn't provide any towels or cups to drink from the water dispenser. The staff was nice but mostly inefficient. I would not stay here again until I know there has been a major refurbishment. The area is great, with many restaurants, stores and a beautiful mall close by, very walkable, but there are other hotels in the area which I will choose for next time. It is really a shame that a nice hotel like this is in such a bad state.

Su spa es un imperdible: piscina temperada, sauna seco y húmedo, además de infusiones de cortesía que completan la experiencia. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y el desayuno estuvo a la altura. 🌿☕ En el almuerzo disfrutamos del restaurante Tramonto, con una propuesta rica y vistas privilegiadas hacia la torre Gran Costanera Center 🌇. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar en plena ciudad.

Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

Hotel em processo acelerado de decadência, com manutenção abaixo do esperado (lâmpadas no quarto queimadas, cofre ultrapassado, vazamento no box do chuveiro, limpeza ruim nas gavetas dos armários). Staff pouquíssimo atenciosa e empática. Café da manhã com itens sem reposição (café, leite, pães). Tentei contato com o hotel por 4 vezes antes da minha chegada para negociar early checkin e não obtive nenhuma resposta. Ficaram de me enviar mensagem pelo WhatsApp quando o quarto estivesse pronto no dia do checkin e alegaram que esqueceram… Enfim, já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel e sinceramente estou repensando retornar.

I have stayed at Noi many times.The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean and in good order. Every single staff member goes out of their way to help you if you need anything. Highly recommend this hotel in Santiago.
