From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre.

Taha Tai is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and downtown area. Continental breakfast at the hotel restaurants is right by the ocean with a great view of the blue waters of the pacific. The additional benefit of staying at Taha Tai is that they can arrange tours for you and you are picked up at the hotel.

The staff was very helpful.

We stayed in a a regular room within the main building. There are also more costly bungalow rooms in rhe gardem. Rooms are good size but fairly basic. Bathroom could do with renovation. Shower over bath with horrible cheap plastic shower curtain. Cleaning was a bit perfunctory. By European standards would only consider to be a 3 star so expensive at almost £200 gbp per night but then this is Easter Island. Good location, just a few mins walk from the main street and the waterfront and lots of eating places. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK. Fairly simple and same each day. Nice terrace overlooking the ocean where you can also get lunch and dinner although we didn't eat there as so many other options. Small pool with wooden sun loungers and some sun shades. Whilst not fancy, it was comfortable enough and didn't expect top quality in this location.

I had a wonderful stay at Taha Tai hotel. My room was comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a cold and hot water dispenser at the reception area that was convenient. The beach is close by as are many shops and restaurants. There is a convenience store close by. I had dinner at the Restaurant twice and it was delicious!

Struttura carina, camera abbastanza confortevole e piccola piscina dove rilassarsi anche se con acqua non pulitissima. Colazione assolutamente scarsa ed insufficiente

This hotel provides excellent service. Concierge service is excellent. Room and interior was updated and mended very well. We are very satisfied with the stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were glad that we were there for 10 days and could relax between tours. Most of the guests were there for only 2 or 3 days and were obviously very tired.

Good location but bathroom was outdated and unsafe.

Important to book a bungalow as the rooms are terribly noisy... 8.8 euros for a double expresso came as a surprise compared with other places (and they apply by default an additional 10% tip.... which is not the rule in Chile)

Had a wonderful stay at Taha Tai. Truly enjoyed the dining experience, the amenities, and a clean and comfortable room with an in-room safe that fits a laptop. The location was perfect for exploring. It had a very warm feel. I stayed in the hotel (not the cabanas) and I really enjoyed it. The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging tours and assisting with any questions I had during my stay. The environment was charming overall with a very Polynesian feel. I also appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in the decor and landscaping. It was a great spot to enjoy a relaxing Easter Island getaway. The restaurant and breakfast were also very lovely. I look forward to returning again soon.
