Experiência sensacional.

The property is incredible - breathtaking views and stunning building. Good facilities. Great food and activities. The wine tour was excellent. But unfortunately the service levels are not up to what you would expect from a 5* Property with this price tag. The staff are earnest and trying their best but training feels very lacking for what this place is trying to achieve. For example, we ordered tea - it took 20 mins to arrive and when it arrived it was only half a cup… and when we asked for more hot water the waiter did not understand and walked away without resolution… so I had to go to our room to fill up the water. There’s currently building works going on at the property and directly outside our room the works were exposed in a way that really affected the view. The volume of service errors here just added up to mean that as it stands I could not recommend a trip to this place and would not return - which I am very sad to say. Hopefully the service will improve in the future so that this place can live up to the potential it really does have.

Banheiros são estranhos. Molham inteiro quando toma banho. Depois vc vai usar a pia e o chão está todo molhado. Não tem espaço para colocar suas coisas de banheiro. Pedi uma cama extra e o colchão era pequeno como se fosse tamanho infantil.

O lugar è lindissimo! Staff educado e prestativo! Adorei o Manoel e a Lorena que prestativos e educados fizeram a estadia mais agradável! O Enxoval maravilhoso. A vista do quarto è deslumbrante!!!!!! Única observação è a falta de televisão no quarto. No mais, tudo perfeito!!!!!!

Hotel elegante com acomodações de altíssimo padrão, funcionários muito cordiais e restaurante com excelente cardápio. As atividades junto à vinícola dão sentido à visita ao local. Fica devendo na organização e clareza dos horários das atividades oferecidas durante a permanência no hotel. A verdadeira e única frustração fica por conta da inutilidade da piscina ampla e com vista estonteante para o vale, uma vez que não é aquecida.

O ponto alto são as refeições, alta gastronomia. Para nós fez muita falta não ter uma sauna. Funcionários atenciosos e instalações muito boas

Quarto grande, limpo e com uma vista linda

Again, we’ve been to this hotel several times, but each time the sewer gas odor in the rooms is more and more pronounced this time the floor ceiling windows needed to be opened for half the day as when you close them the room was almost inhabitable. The food at their main hotel restaurant is also overpriced and not as impressive as they believe it to be. The pool is nice but other guests monopolized the hotel hot tub so you’re only able to get in there when they clear out. They also have owls that live on the roof and make noise outside the window every second literally from sunset to sundown, so pour as isolated as it is it’s rather loud at night, but something they probably can’t prevent.

Tout. Séjour magnifique, nourriture bien au delà de nos attentes.
