A estadia foi muito boa no geral. Apartamento emorme, ótimo banheiro, café e água de cortesia. A única falha ocorrida foi o transfer que estava agendado para às 14:15 e, até às 15:00, não apareceu. Tivemos de pegar um Uber, que teve de nos deixar do lado de fora do Hotel por conta da burocracia para entrar.

Hotel próximo ao aeroporto. Confortável. Único problema foi não poder utilizar o translado aeroporto/hotel pois não transportam equipamento de esporte.

Transfer from hotel to airport was simple and easy. We stayed one night and can’t complain. We ubered to town and found this super simple.

Staff at Reception were very helpful, especially Bastion. Restaurant staff also very helpful with my lack (or rather, absence) of Spanish. Thank you. Gracias

Very good hotel for the airport.

It's conveniently located near the airport. I was worried about whether I could get on the shuttle bus, but I was relieved to find out that I could.

Great airport hotel. Good shuttle service from the airport. Arrived late and was very appreciative of the 24 hour room service. Room was quite. Super comfy bed. Everything you want from a hotel when you have a late arrival or early departure.

Very comfortable, quiet rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The on site dining was very convenient and the food was excellent!

Reception staff was excellent. Bastion helped me load my Holafly eSim with patience and good cheer. I was very grateful as it was so important to have communication within Chile to the outer world. Complimentary transport even at 3:30am to the airport courtesy of La Quinta was like a godsend. La Quintawould be an excellent first port of call enroute to anywhere in Chile from Santiago. 👍

Tudo tranquilo. Hotel limpo, arrumado, confortável. Cafe da manhã muito bom, a única coisa que eu poderia dizer contra é em relação ao local muito afastado de Santiago precisa estar com carro se não é um transtorno mais sobre o hotel nada a dizer, tudo excelente

Rude and untrained front desk staff. Salome and Balentina. Was given a late check out at 2pm and at 12.38 was told they never gave late checkouts past 1pm. So they were accusing us of lying. I explained that the man who checked is in has even scheduled the shuttle for us at 2 but they insisted that this was not possible. I spoke to the manager Mario who did actually apologize but reiterated same policy. Also slow and poor to respond in advance to requests for shuttle pick up which have to be done in writing 48 hours ahead.

Clean and comfortable for airport hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've had in last month traveling. Room was big, refrigerator and coffee machine. Breakfast lovely and all staff very helpful. The Pisco Sours made by bar staff were great.
