It's very clean and tidy, and the staff respond to messages promptly. On the day I needed to change rooms,but I have to went to the hospital because I felt unwell, and the staff helped me change rooms. mucho gracias. Highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel o apartamento es bueno comodo y tranquilo connuna hermosa vista. Tener en cuenta que el aire acondicionado no es central (hace mucho ruido) hay poco cafe para los amantea del cafe tenerlo en cuenta

Muy bonito el departamento,excelente ubicación, la cama comodisima, buen baño. En general me gustó muchísimo, muy bien equipado, solo el tema de las toallas no fué de mi agrado., ya que no hay recambio hasta los 7 días y yo estuve 4, de todas maneras lo recomiendo, está muy bien.

Le asignaron a mis hijos (jovenes) el dormitorio en suite, y la puerta corrediza del baño no cerraba, estaba trabada, por lo que el baño no podia usarse. El dormitorio matrimonial no era en suite, y ad3mas teniamos una sola mesa de luz, sin siquiera una lampara de mesa. Los televisores estaban sin señal. Claramente el departamento no estaba en condiciones para ser rentado.

Le canapé-lit était inutilisable car on sent les ressorts. Très inconfortable.
Il y avait des taches sur la literie.
Un peu de moisisure sur les joints de la salle de bain.
Stationnement payant.
Aucune indication sur les ascenseurs au niveau du stationnement. Il faut prendre des escaliers sur les demi niveaux pour accéder aux ascenseurs.
Autrement la communication est rapide et le personnel est cordiable et compétent.
