Location is perfect, just next to the shopping malls in xintiandi. However the hotel is quite old

Good hotel, nice rooms and convenient with washing machine

Service was good and the staffs are attentive. However the hotel and the rooms are too old and there were unpleasant smell in the room that I couldn’t accept.

The room i booked on Expedia was a Premier Room, 1 Bedroom. The room displayed on the website is with a spacious layout and modern decor. However, upon check-in, I was allocated a room that significantly deviated from the display in terms of quality and layout. Upon my protest, the hotel reluctantly switched me to a room with the desired layout, claiming that such rooms are usually reserved for long-term guests and thus were not earlier offered to me (but that's what shown on the Expedia website despite the lease term???). Also, even the second room has disappointing furnishings compared to the display on Expedia. Upon further inquiry, the hotel staff said the showcase on Expedia are those recently renovated rooms (Still WIP), there are only a limited number of innovated rooms available and THEY CANNOT OFFER TO ME. I booked this accommodation based on the representations provided on Expedia, expecting a room of a certain standard, only to be met with an experience that fell significantly short of my expectations. My booking was severely misled by the Expedia display and I demand a prompt response to this matter. Thanks.

房间又脏又旧，如果是1000多元很多选择在上海

酒店太旧，很多地方太脏了，地毯浴室都很旧，一股臭味道，我总共定了四个房子，其中有一间早退，我的亲戚住了两天就走了，因为实在是太脏太旧！如果付1300百多，在上海有很多选择，如果付1300百多，在上海有很多选择有很多新酒店

Helpful and polite staff. Super convenient and central location. The facility obviously has quite some mileage though.

酒店房间一应俱全，地址方便。

地理位置很好去那裡都很方便

酒店位置十分方便就在香港廣場上面 酒店可以直通商場不用走出酒店 酒店附近便是地鐵口 的1號線黃陂南路

地點相當方便就在地鐵站旁。房間也很大間。房間內設施應有盡有，可以簡單烹煮食物，也可洗衣。唯獨不知為何總是有煙味。

早餐沙律有頭髪、咖啡杯有汚跡、亦見有人換水杯。 最初住16樓、因17樓漏水，要求換算快、可以接受。 前台有禮、問路亦容易明白。

整體來說很好

the room is pretty dirty and the light was flashing. Poor communication and the carpet seems dirty

交通方便對面街就是地鐵站，酒店也有通道到商場和地鐵站，附近有多個新型的商場，食店亦多選擇，酒店有漂亮清潔的游泳池、健身房，房間很大舒服、清潔，各方面也很好

Swimming pool closes @7pm, unbelievable. They won't allow you to sit by the window @ breakfast for unknown reason. Breakfast is a pity, BTW. Staff show very little respect to guests or their job. Location is nice. Stay here only because you have to, not because you want to.

The room is clean and large, with bottles of water supply every day. I would say the location is also perfect in which you can enter Hong Kong Plaza without going out of the hotel. The nearest large supermarket will be citysuper, which is only a 6 minutes walk. However, I had been to swimming pools and gym, which they are closing too early (7:00 pm for pool and 9:00 pm for the gym). Besides, the design of the swimming pool and changing room is ridiculous. When you changed your swimwear and going to the swimming pool, you need to go out to counter to ask staff to open the door to swimming pool & you need to bring your room card in your hand because the changing room needs to be opened with room card.

交通方便，鄰近地鐵站。客房空間夠大，房內廚房和浴室設施齊全。酒店連接香港廣場，下雨天不用帶傘也可找到餐廳用膳。

鄰近1號線黃陂南站、新天地商場、時代廣場。景點和美食都在附近。酒店設施齊全，房間設計時尚，空間寬敞。價格合理而且手續方便。上海住宿上等之選！
