I would like to thanks Lina (Senior Sales Manager) for her warm welcome on the second day. Overall, Ascott would be still one of the best places for business stays. This time round I’ve tried for leisure but it didn’t fail in terms of convenience. Hotel was a little outdated as I believe they haven’t done a touch up in a long time, mini golf course wasn’t cared for, indoor swimming pool and gym an okay size. I could see some slightly warped tiles due to water in my room but nothing of great deal to me. TVs are kinda outdated but with a good range of channels.

A good hotel in a residential area, subway is nearby but construction. Some noise from the job site

Excellent service!! Great Location!! I booked this hotel for my parents, very close to US Consulate(like 5 mins walk), there’re plenty of restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at the Ascott IFC in Ghangzhou. Our overall stay was pretty good I would stay in the future or recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Ghangzhou..

The room I booked is clean and nice but the induction cooktop and dryer were not working during the stay.

Superb location and professional service staff. Request for high floor and canton tower view is met.

CBD location, the best part of modern Guangzhou. Nice facilities for family travelling. One of the best department hardware. But it took 15 mins for check in, 20 min for check out. Two reception staffs just kept busy for phone calls and conversations with others , leaving me confusion. Kid's play room is big but pretty mess, toys and books scattered all around the floor. Mini golf court has one golf ball only, a few damaged clubs. Mini Cinema, well the projector need a new bulb, flicker when all the light's off. After all, it's still a top 3 department in Guangzhou .

It was an amazing stay! Staff was helpful and location is excellent with shopping mall and underground railway right next to hotel. Will definitely come back.

The location is convenient but it is not easy for a first time visitor to find. There’s no signage from the metro to the hotel and people do not seem to know when we asked. My executive room is very nice, unfortunately I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast can be improved.
