阳朔竹林度假酒店

装修复古，作为一家客栈来说，很奢华了，店里的掌柜友善，床铺舒适，房间不大，但是很整洁，总的来说，除了没有停车场外，没啥确定，BTW，酒店的浴室是没门的，开放式浴室，大开眼界，哈哈！

食物可以，服務的人也可以，就是危機的應對不行。加床有點兒那個，只是加床舖在地上..無言。 停電，沒冷氣，沒充電，叫我們等，等到明日下午還沒有修好，說了改回才跟我們換房，白白沒了黃金半天。對比周邊的房價就是貴得多啦。說真的，是次入住經驗還不滿意。

3시넘어서 도착했는데, 접수하고도 1시간을 넘게 1층식당에서 기다렸는데 미안하다는 말 한마디 없더라구요

We had a few nights in Chengdu and couldn’t of chosen a better hotel for our stay. Great location, helpful staff and a great in house restaurant to boot! I will definitely return!

Nice hotel with central location. Bathroom had bubble bath and toilet but no walls so privacy was limited. Good value for money.

This hotel was nice, but definitely takes a little getting used to. Our room had a large jacuzzi located right inside the doorway. Behind it was the bathroom and shower, fully exposed, with only a couple glass sliding doors on one side, so privacy in the bathroom is pretty non-existent. The location was great though and we had a balcony that overlooked a main street. We were only a couple blocks from the famous West Street.

La nostra camera aveva uno stupendo balcone affacciato sulla vita della città ed era spaziosissima con una smisurata vasca idromassaggio. L'arredamento pittoresco, è un po pomposo rispetto alla struttura. Il personale è molto disponibile e fa di tutto per favorire gli ospiti. L'hotel è ben organizzato con le escursioni. All'arrivo consegnano una lista con le escursioni più richieste con prezzi competitivi. Ci hanno organizzato la visita allo stupendo spettacolo di luci, musica e balli sulla riva del fiume. (consiglio di prendere il biglietto B 1 perchè la visuale è ottima, inoltre l'hotel ha degli sconti.). In'oltre ci hanno fornito una macchina per visitare il piccolo centro di Fuli. La posizione è invidiabile: in pieno centro ma fuori dal caos assoluto della via principale. E ad un passo dai ristoranti, locali, shopping, banca ecc. Il menù è un po lacunoso ma il personale si impegna ad accontentarti il più possibile. Lo consiglio a tutti sopratutto giovani.

Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä etäisyydellä turistihulinasta. Katu oli kuitenkin äänekäs ja melu kuului pitkälle yöhön. Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli tylyä palvelua ja palvelussa oli haparointia koko vierailun ajan, mm. pesetetyt pyykit unohtuivat johonkin ja hotellilta varattua siirtymäkuljetusta piti varmentaa kaksi kertaa. Toiminnasta jäi epämääräinen ja välinpitämätön kuva. Aamiaista emme hotellissa nauttineet, mutta toisten aamiaiset nähneenä (paistettu muna ja pari siivua paahtoleipää, ilman juomia) ei aamiaistarjoilu edes kiinnostanut. Vastaanotossa vain yksi puhui hyvää englantia ja hän ei juuri ollut paikalla. Asiointi henkilökunnan kanssa oli haastavaa. Huoneemme piti olla yksi hotellin parhaista. Se oli kuitenkin kaikkea muuta. Katosta tippui vesi ja lattiaa suojaamassa oli muovia ja pyyhkeitä. Löysimme myös kattoparrusta muhkean sienikasvuston. Huoneen seinät olivat kauttaaltaan vesivahingon kokemat. Seinässä oli isoja reikiä ja huoneessa epämiellyttävä haju. Wi-Fi oli huono ja hidas. Televisio oli outo ja kanavat pätkivät. Huone sopi hyvin kaiken jakavalle pariskunnalle, sillä samassa tilassa oli iso poreamme, sänky ja kaksi suihkukoppia, jossa toisessa oli suihku (jonka termostaatti ei toiminut) ja toisessa WC. Vessa suoraan makuutiloissa ei ollut kiva, mutta poreamme ihan jees. Emme menisi hotelliin uudelleen, mutta jos jotain oudon erilaista haluaa ja palvelun tasolla ei ole väliä...

We stayed here for one night and it was in a very central location. They had bike rentals on-site, they were able to do laundry for us, and were very accommodating. The internet was great and the room was clean and cool enough to get a good night's sleep. All around great experience!

桂林観光で5月にバンブー ハウス リゾート に一泊しました。浴槽がまるでラブホテルのようでした。場所的にはいいと思います。トイレにペーパーは流せない。やっぱり日本人の感覚だときつい。

Hotel idealement situé sur une artere pietonne de la rue principale. Trés animé. Le petit dejeuner est excellent. Accueil parfais. Hotel un peu bruyant mour les chambres donnant sur la rue. Les chambres sont tres condortables. Un tres bon rapport qualité prix.

Nice bedroom, especially for the jacuzzi Staff/reception not very organized

サイコー! 設備などの細かいディテールは中国なりですが場所的に欧米人慣れされているのかスタッフさんはとても親切でした。 西街に行くにもすごく便利。各ツアーのアテンドもあり。 来年のサマバケにまた利用するつもりです。

I have traveled to China 4 times. Staying in the "4" star hotels and the "No" star hotels. This by far is the best I have stayed in. All the staff I encountered spoke English. The room with it's 2 person whirlpool spa tub, select comfort Mattress is great. The location just off Western Street is excellent. You will not be disappointed staying here.

To start off, the positives. The hotel staff is fantastic, friendly, and speak decent English. Location wise, the hotel is right by the main gift and food strips so anything you want is within a few minutes walk. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately for us the room ended up being more open than I would have liked; my fault for not reading more reviews in advance of booking. The toilet, shower, and bed are in the same room There is only a sliding glass door blocking the one side of the toilet so it is otherwise open to the room...makes the living experience more intimate than my wife and I would have liked. Then, taking up half the room is a massive jet tub (bigger than the bed) that was fairly unnecessary given the small size of the room. With the heat outside I couldn't see soaking in a hot tub in my room. So when you book, be aware of what is in the room. Also since our room faced out to the busy street below it was quite loud in our room...get a room to the rear if possible. If my comfort in the hotel room were higher I would have rated much better since the staff was great and hotel was so clean. Maybe better suited to others than myself.

Great little boutique hotel! Charming furnishings, great food in restaurant and wonderful staff- especially Ann who spoke great English, had tons of energy, and knew how to arrange everything. Couldn'the have been more pleased and hope to return there some day.

Best thing we found in China. A very helpful English speaking staff, especially Annie who helped us with our bike and boat trips. She made Yungshuo a truly fabulous experience for us. The breakfast here was more than adequate and the location of this hotel was within walking distance to all the main attractions of this quaint little city. It was the highlight of our China trip and we recommend this hotel very very highly to all future travelers to China. Hans Tischner, Citrus Springs,Florida,USA

Das Hotel liegt in kürzester Entfernung zur West Street. Die Toilette quasi im Schlafzimmer ohne Abtrennung wohl eine "chinesische Idee". Whirlpool im Zimmer, einen Balkon mit Hollywoodschaukel und nettes Personal inkl. selbstgebackenem Brot zum Frühstück hat alles was.
