Almost all were fantastic, great location, friendly and super helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the free 24-hour laundry service, which was a big plus for our stay. The only downside in my opinion, the room was not very well insulated with noises coming from the corridor.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel perfectly situated in the heart of the city. The location could not be better—just steps away from major temples, a vibrant array of restaurants, and plenty of shopping options, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything the area has to offer. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every team member I encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to help, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and memorable. Their hospitality made me feel right at home and added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. The hotel itself blends modern comfort with a unique, stylish design. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. Whether you’re visiting for the cultural landmarks, the culinary scene, or just to unwind, this boutique hotel is an outstanding choice for anyone wanting to be in the center of it all with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was tucked behind a popular busy street but was still very quiet. It was 10 minutes walk from the subway and 20 minutes walk to Beijing Airport Express service. The most impressive part of the experience was the service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free laundry service was unheard-of. We were even given parting gifts which was also a first. I had the best service in all the hotels I had ever stayed. Will definitely recommend it.

Very happy with the location. It takes a few minutes to walk from the main road down the secure pedestrian shopping and eatery street. The hotel is located in a older neighborhood with various styles of buildings within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond expectations during our three day stay. They even met us at the road entrance to show us the way to the hotel. Unlimited coffee, bottled water and snacks were always available.

Fantastic hidden gem boutique hotel in the middle of an uber cool hutong area of Beijing. Very close proximity to the Forbidden City, HouHai lake, Bell & Drum Tower and with a mega range of restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions quite literally on the doorstep!

Location : 10/10 (its located outside a main street at Nonluoguxiang where you can find eateries, shopping, transportation at yr door steps

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. I walked most places but also close to metro station which is very convenient. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a very fun area with lots of great dining options. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is located in a busy street with lots of shops and eateries around, making it convenient to shop for souvenirs. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant in the same building. The subway is within walking distance, at the other end of the shopping street. To get to the hotel from the airport, you can take a taxi and alight at Nanluoguxiang North exit. Our room was clean. The air conditioner is centrally controlled and may be warm at times since it was set at heater mode in March regardless of the weather for the day. Not sure what’s the reason, but there may be a weird sewage smell from the toilet at times. Other than that, the room is well equipped with good supply drinking water, snacks, and toiletries What makes this property stand out would be the extremely warm service. We arrived at the hotel on a snowy day and were quickly welcomed with towels to dry ourselves and our luggage and warm cups of tea. The staff were cheerful, always ready to help with reservations of tourist attractions. They deserve the 5 stars rating!

Nice, clean, very central.

Muy buen hotel, situado en calle peatonal muy turística, y con acceso por carretera a 100metros. Nos quedamos en una habitación con terraza, y super bien, tranquilo y limpio. Además te hacen la limpieza de ropa gratis, todo un lujo hoy en día.

Stayed for 4 nights, love everything about the hotel. In the best spot with lots of food option. They give a lot of water, which is a big plus. Room was cleaned well daily. Front desk was super super nice !

Excellent place in a very crowded street

The staff was so nice. Susan was amazing. Also the gentleman and the lady (sorry forgot their names) were outstanding! My arrival was November 29, which I think was nov 30 on your calendar. Please send recognition to them all.

It was like our home away from home. The staff welcomed us in like family. They were so kind and celebrated Christmas with us in the lobby with drinks and snacks. We couldn’t say better things about our experience here. Location was perfect to restaurants and sites. Highly recommend!

Susan and Ly were amazing. As someone who speaks broken mandarin, they assisted me in planning my next day’s itinerary and when my apps for ordering food did not work, they used their own to assist me. The facility is nice up until the washroom. The sewage design was not thought out properly. The toilet and shower shares the same pipes so when you used the toilet, the odor comes out of the shower drain. I wish I knew this ahead of time as I would’ve turned the shower on prior to using the washroom. Otherwise, it was a convenient and nice facility.

Superb location in the center in the (very) busy Nan Luogu Xiang, this hotel offers all facilities with a top notch service. Excellent value for money.

I would give this hotel a 6stars! Highly recommened! Staffs are friendly and helpful and hotel offered free laundry services, free coffee/tea and small snacks! Location is near to 2 main metro and theres a walking street just outside the hotel, super convenient! Will definitely go back to this hotel if i go beijing again!
