Good location for West Lake and accessing the general area. Bit hard to find if using Google however once we had our bearings it was easy enough. Would recommend to others looking for a convenient place to base themselves when visiting Hangzhou / West Lake

Away from the crowds but still within walking distance to Hubin area and Xihu. Hotel is very new and modern. Rooms were big and clean. Comfortable stay, service was really prompt.

It was an amazing stay in canopy by Hilton. The service and cleanliness were tip top! One of the cleaner actually helped me to fold my clothes, it’s my first encounter with such detailed cleaning, I gave her a tip for such amazing initiative .I didn’t like the breakfast buffet it is disappointing.

Room is hot like sauna, even when we adjust temperature to 20-22 degrees, room temp is still 26 degrees!! We informed the staff and they told us nothing can be done as air con is central control!! We were told to open the window!!! Or use the fan they provide. When we requested for change in the room, we were told that it will be the same and may be worse because other rooms, may not even be able to open the window!! It’s a terrible experience especially coming from Hilton and not other random hotel.

Love the design of the hotel and the location. Walking distance to West Lake, shopping and all the restaurants.

Feedback from my parents: excellent hotel, fancy, clean, and comfortable. Also it is very convenient, close to a lot of restaurants and walkable distance to the west lake.

Location

The hotel is very modern, the room is very spacious. There is even Robert room service! Very convenient location. But there is an overnight bar across the street and it can get really noisy in early mornings. The car honks, people talking and laughing, woke me up every night.

Very innovative!! It’s like a hidden gem!

The hotel was clean and well staffed. Breakfast was decent, although nothing too special. Great location, walkable from the nearest subway station and close to the west lake. The atmosphere was catered more towards younger adults and couples.

The room was so small that we paid for an upgrade

Excellent stay. Chef Jackie at Nattare restaurant is amazing. Must eat at the hotel.

The hotel is very new and fancy. Service staff are helpful and attentive. The location is desirable. However, the hotel is not for everyone: there are two night clubs that are part of the building complex (and it is not a very big building.) We stayed over the weekend and both nights I did not sleep. The music did not bother but the noise after the club closed at 4am. Taxis sounding their horns and people talking / laughing loudly on the street until 430am or so. Not for older travellers.

We had a fine stay. We checked in on Saturday around noon time n it was quiet busy but the staff was able to provide the room within one hour n helped bring our luggage to the room. We were also given extra two hours late check out while bringing the baby w us. All staffs in the hotel were nice n super friendly including the doorman n restaurant team. The team was definitely well trained. Very good stay.

Great hotel, brand new with a good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and attractive. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.

Nice new hotel, very good value for it's location and the quality of the rooms, very nice touch on many details inside the rooms, I enjoy my stay very much, highly recommended, especially for young people

I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.

Hotel is good. But, the address on the hotels.com and the real location is different. In the app, hotel is located just nearby the west lake, but actual location is 2 blocks away from the west lake. It made me confusing when I find the hotel.
