All sliding doors were designed badly.

房間空間非常足夠，非常舒適，可惜淋浴間地面積水，影響淋浴享受。餐廳服務人員非常主動関心客人的需要，有禮貌。

The hotel is clean and service is good. I have stayed in this hotel over the past 6 years. However, breakfast buffet is getting worse every time I visited there. They served fake bacon. I never saw this in other 5 stars hotel. Please get rid of that.

It is sad that even as a diamond member of Hilton did not get any special facility when the booking is through Hotels.com. The concierge made some mistake and call-in during mid-night while we were asleep, the concierge staff did apology once when I check-out but did not compensate in a better way for a diamond member or even a normal walk-in customer. I have requested some cotton pad at the reception area, but no one follow up. The location is good and the room is big enough to stay in. It is truth that the reception staffs are lack of passion and smile to welcome customer.

酒店一向都很好很滿意！今次因自己早check in，因此安排不了高層房間，是自己接受，與酒店服务無關，底層房至半夜聽到点音乐聲。

The staff was nice and helpful no matter at check-in or when replying to my request. The hotel room was spacious,clean and neat. I especially liked the bathtub and where it was placed. While bathing, I could enjoy the nightscape of Guangzhou Tower and Zhujiang River.

I like the convenience and luxury combination with friendly and calm staff to offer tips and extra effort during unexpected bad weather.
