整體而言不錯，唯一是酒店職員缺乏服務意識。建議各位一定要打開請勿打擾，因為我7號早上被清潔人員連續按鈴6次吵醒，並詢問我是否需要洗衣服務，對我而言，是非常不合理，按理說清潔人員應該知道我的check out date，她不應在我check out當天詢問洗衣事宜，我整個行程也沒有向任何酒店職員提過我需要洗衣; 從另一方面來說，就算她不知道我的check out date，也不應該早上十點打擾住客。

Heavy cigarette smell in the room. Someone smoke in next room and the smell go into my room. Have complained to Hotel. They do nothing but try to comfort me to offer room change. They are unwilling to find out root cause to stop it. The way they handling complaint is not deserved 5 star rating. The ventilation system is extremely poor. The smoke detector cannot detect smoking inside the room. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing hotel. Everything just exceeded our expectations. Great room, amazing service from every staff in the hotel, good facilities, great placement, great view, good restaurants insiden the hotel. No complaints at all - it was even reasonable price compared with nearby hotels.

The hotel is super luxury, got a room on the 43rd floor with an amazing view. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's right next to an upscale shopping mall with good dining options. Overall, super happy, would stay there again!
