Everything is fine except the toilet ventilation seems not working! It’s not pleasant for the environment.

Hidden gem in the middle of plenty of things to do. The room was perfect and we were close to the restaurant for breakfast. We could easily get a car to go anywhere in the area. The Tibetan influence of the area was very engaging. There is a restaurant near there that serves a yak stew that is the best. The pics are from local places. The staff was the most curious and helpful people I have encountered.

We had two nights at a premium double bed room with the mountain view here on top of the tour into the gorgeous national park. The staff are friendly and the room is very clean, I like their breakfast buffet with the combination of American style and traditional Sichuanese food (fried dough stick with soy milk are my most favorite). I went to the gym every morning, the only minor question I had there was at the shower place, since I had no clue to turn the lights on while out of staffing hours. The traffic is convenient, you may call taxi or DiDi to send you to the main township or into the most beautiful township valley called Zhongzha, it costs 25RMB on one way. Overall it was a great experience in my lifetime. Especially I'm a native Sichuanese, moved to the US long time ago and came back to visit Jiuzhai again after 25 years.

We had a truly amazing time there. We enjoyed the peace and nice mountain view and air while in the hotel. What's better is it's right next to the Luneng town centre where it's easy to find restaurants and activities in the evening. Hotel staff were all great!

Loved our stay here. We traveled as a family of 8 ranging from age 7 to 75. It was off peak season though during the Christmas holidays so the hotel offered some holiday attractions despite having wound down for the off peak season. The restaurant situation was a little more limited bc of the off peak season.

The property was nice and in a nice area for exploring. The staff didn’t really speak any English which made certain aspects challenging, but overall a nice place to stay.

Booked the room for my seniors. Vincent, Assistant Front Office Manager of the property shows his strong professionalism and valuable experience on dealing with cross boarding payment. Great care was granted by Conrad, by Vincent. Nice experience.

All the staff was excellent, the facilities are top and the food offer incredible, specially the desserts and seafood. The hotel transportation was also remarkable and on time, very close to the national parks and other tourist activities, we hope to go back at some time.
