Great place to stay. Safe, clean and free shuttle to Disneyland and Airport.

The food is delicious

Very clean,very close to Disneyland,free bus to many places.

It was nice to have both the airport and disney shuttle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge helped me navigate the DiDi ride share App. The Shuttle to the park was convenient.

Easy to get to from airport and to/from Disneyland. About an hour for the city DD taxi. Hotel good for what we needed

massive rooms, very comfortable

This place is a great option to stay when visiting Disneyland! We also stayed the night before so we could check out Disney town and get merched up before the big day. They offer an easy and timely shuttle bus service to/from the park, both airports and the main train station. The room was massive, bathroom was also massive, very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and offered transportation from the airport and to disneyland. We had an issue with the airport pick up and ended up at another nearby hotel as that hotel driver said our hotel wasnt expecting to pick us up. After ten minutes the shuttle came for use. Also, we had reservations for three people however the hotel refused to give us three towels.

- Location: only good for if you are visiting Disneyland and flying in/out from PVG airport - Services: Great - from check in to concierge to housekeeping! Didnt manage to get the name of the 2 concierge guy but they were very helpful and patient in helping me to retrieve my takeaway orders which the driver left it at the locker outside the hotel - Condition: generally okay although some furniture and fixing looks abit older but still alright; toilet looks good Overall: recommends if you are planning to go Disneyland!(:

Location was convenient

This is a fantastic hotel! We flew in on a late flight and then it took us 2.5 hours to get through passport control and to find a taxi (which is a complete con game—download the DiDi app before you come). We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2 AM and the staff here were so gracious and even gave us a late checkout. Breakfast is simply amazing and if you have children they will love it! They even had a lady making cotton candy and tons of kid friendly surroundings. Adorable! The rooms are beautiful and the shower is terrific! If we are back in Shanghai this is our definite go to!

Perfect hotel for going to Disney

I specifically chose this hotel because of its location. Our main reason for visit is to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This property is so close and has free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disneytown. It also has free shuttle to the airport and the Bund (make sure to make reservations at front desk ahead of time). The property is very nice--looks very new or newly remodeled. The bedrooms are spacious with the roomy shower and toilet separated by a door from the also roomy sink area. All the staff are friendly although some did not speak english very well. Even with the language barrier, they were nice and tried to be accommodating. If you are thinking of adding breakfast to your booking, just know that it starts at 630am which did not work for us since we wanted to be at Disneyland early with the 7am shuttle. We ended up getting breakfast at Disneyland instead. Only bad thing with the hotel stay was the sewage smell seeping through the little drainage hole next to the toilet. I read about this in other reviews and it is true. The toilet area was smelling really bad with some sort of sewage smell so i covered it with a towel and that solved the problem. For the price we paid, everything was well beyond i expected. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

We had a Smooth stay, confortable beds. Only downside there is no early AirPort shuttle

We stayed at this property from Sept. 12 through Sept 16. I was very impressed. The staff was excellent and courteous, very helpful, the restaurant was excellent, for breakfast the large buffet and options was incredible. Very close to Shanghai Disney. The staff went above and beyond especially the day we were leaving, a Typhoon hit Shanghai and they have an airport shuttle bus and miraculously they got us to the airport for our flight later that day as the Typhoon left the area. Great job by the bus driver, driving under those conditions. I would definately stay here again. Thank you staff.
