My experience with Courtyard Zhengzhou Airport hotel is great in terms of comfort of the room, amenities and the front desk experience, the customer service is great. They offer me options to access promotional items rather than strictly following the binder rate, this shows thoughtfulness to your client. However, the issue i have encountered is the consistency of the English names converted to Chinese name. This creates confusion not only at the Airport information desk, also the taxi counter and also taxi drivers. It gives me quite a bit of run around just to clarify which branch/location the actual hotel i booked is located as it is shows different Chinese names when translated. It would be nice to include some Chinese character (in the photos) while booking it on an English website just to easily identify the direction. it would save us time to get to the right hotel and enjoy your services. The hotels.com/Expedia booking engine says Courtyard by Marriott where there is a different Chinese name for Courtyard and another one for Marriott, the address in English is also not a helpful one to translate to a chinese address. I wasted a couple hours to consult with different people within a big airport.

Quiet hidden retreat.This new hotel is a great place for rest and leisure. The staff are friendly and helpful. Manager Martin is very accommodating and meets western traveler expectations. The breakfast could use more of a "western" touch, but is ok. Suggestion, add more shuttle runs to airport especially early morning 5 am and 6 am

It's located in a quiet place a few kilometers from the airport. It's a clean and comfy hotel. It's quiet new. The staffs in the restaurant are very friendly.
