整體氣氛佳，設備新穎，價位合理適中，服務及門禁特好，早餐豐富，以上各項皆讓本人認為強過女人街附近的某國際大飯店，唯外在環境及交通方面較為不足，打D門口車較少，週遭環境街景及逛街方便性，皆略顯遜色，其他方面飯店本身內環境超贊，尤其是一樓大廳，寬敞舒適，所以讓我覺得下次仍然會選擇新云雲住宿。

10:30早餐时间未到就开始收拾所有东西吧10:00，餐饮服务人员讲手机很大声还一边面对客人在整理锅子10:20，时间都还没到，让我早上慢食的气氛都破坏了！还有早餐餐厅的音乐请选择舒服一点的轻音乐，而不是快节奏的流行歌曲

Service is good but limited choice of restaurant as its only focus in Yunan cusines. Its next to a shopping mall so convenient place for shoppers. There is also different choice of restaurant in the shopping mall in case the taste in hotel doesn't fit you.

The room was modern, tidy and clean. The staff of information counter reacted quickly as we asked for the map, which contains easy-to-read metro lines with near attractions.
The food was... fair, but the staff in the restaurant were kind. It was a little surprised that the most tasty food was watermelon! It was naturally sweet, and suitable to serve without refrigeration. Hot chocolate was available in the buffet breakfast.

與本人曾入住的同一品牌皇冠假日來說，房間比較舊，而衛浴用品亦不是其他皇冠所用的BORGHESE，只是選用平常在一般假日酒店的用品，幸好睡床及枕頭一樣無變，以致睡眠質素無影響！
但酒店之前枱員工，欠缺笑容！態度不太好！維持不到正常皇冠假日質素！與房務員相比較迅息！因入住數天，所有房務員都親切有笑容，服務好！

Satisfactory. Close to 2 large shopping mails. Lots of dining choices -- from fast food to cruisines. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool is acceptable. The warm water massage pool helps a lot to easy the fatigues of long hours flight and promotes good sleep. Of course the large bed and comfortable pillows have to be credited as well. Check-in and check-out are fast. Good for business trip people who require efficient services.
