长白山皇冠假日度假酒店， an IHG Hotel

所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好 但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的， 還有泳池沒有開放 ，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清， 行政酒廊有沒有開放， 然後賣四千元一間套房， 真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢， 其他都很好的

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel in such a rural area

백두산을 제대로 즐기고 싶다면 이 호텔을 강추합니다. 백두산 정기 아래 흐르는 온천!! 평생 잊지 못할듯요. 식당도 좋았고 시설 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

Unlike other upscale hotels in China, patrons were not required to take showers or wear caps in the pool area. Some were soaking with their T-shirts and skirts/pants on. I was not sure whether it was a natural hot spring as advertised. There was no signs stating the kinds or concentration of minerals in any one of the pools, I also wondered why herbs needed to be put into some of the pools if the Facility was bestowed with natural spring water. Cell phone use was allowed. Some used it to play movies while soaking in the water, some talked or texted and some took pictures even inside the changing room. Spitting could be heard frequently in the outdoor hot spring area, it’s not a big surprise to find out that one of the spitters was their on-site staff. Worst of all was the light and noise pollution. The entire area was lit up with bright multiple-color flashing lights, we were like being placed in a disco or fun fair. We chose this Hotel only because of the Hot Spring but it was a total disappointment. The indoor swimming pool was temporarily closed, there was no massage service either.
